It's an Orange/Yellow cover (November 2004) and some of the celebs on the cover are:
Ashlee Simp, JoJo, Usher, Hillary Duff, Jesse something or another (the major pics are of those peeps).

and Les - it's 3.99 in the US - 4.99 in Canada (not that you need to know that one - but in case anyone from North of the Border is checkin it out) ;)

Is it worth getting? I know it's Jeff... but is there like an interview on there of him or something? 'Cause that's like $3.99 I can save in the bank. lol I know I'm gonna just put the mag somewhere and leave it there collecting dust.
