i think he recognised her because he exclaims "OH Boy" after the girl showed up but it seems like he was not expecting her to say it on the camera

First kiss as in romantic or first kiss as in first celebrity she ever got to kiss when she was younger at a meet and greet??? I'm confused!!???

^^ I think first kiss as in romantic and yes it did seem like he knew who she was...I missed the beginning the first time I watched it.

I was kidding when I posted that remark, but it seemed like he didn't WANT to know who she was....LOL!

I get the feeling it was a long long time ago, she said he was her first kiss, so I'm assuming they probably were in elementary or middle school when it happened.
