Hulk Hogan's Wife Files for Divorce

Maybe Hulk Hogan doesn't know best – after 24 years of marriage, his wife, Linda Marie Bollea, has filed for divorce.

Bollea, 46, filed divorce papers Tuesday in Pinellas County, records show. She has been married to Terry Gene Bollea, 53, more famously known as Hulk Hogan, since 1983 and the couple has two children, Brooke, 19, and Nick, 17.

Recently, the couple's son has made headlines. The teen faces a felony charge (http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20158833,00.html) that he was driving recklessly in August when his Toyota Supra went out of control and slammed into a tree (http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20053359,00.html). His friend and passenger, John Graziano, suffered a brain injury (http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20151380,00.html).

Since 1992, the Bolleas have lived in a 17,000-square foot home in Bellaire. The family's lives have been taped for the pro wrestler's VH1 reality show Hogan Knows Best.

Word of the split was first reported by WTVT, the Fox affiliate in Tampa.

Wow! Another reality TV couple bites the dust!

My father is a big wrestling fan. I grew up watching it and going to see wrestling live, I met and was able to hang out with Hulk and Brooke at last years Jingle Ball. I can not say anything negative about Hulk. He is such a genuine person, he really is. I think he is a great dad to both Nick and Brooke( based on what I read and saw on their reality show). This is a shame that after all these years that they cant work through their problems. From what I read they have been struggling for some time. I wish them the best of luck at this horrible time.

I really hate to hear that. I've watched his show and they really do seem like a "normal" family. He's seems like a really good guy.

I think the cameras and the camera crew being around all the time wreck havoc on everyone involved(like it happened with Nick and Jessica). I wonder if Nick's(Hogan) legal issues were a part of it all. Although I read(and saw on"Hogan Knows Best")that Terry and Linda were having marital problems for a long time. The split was a long time coming. It's sad that their 24 year marriage just bit the dust.
When I first read the story, the first thing I thought of is that Nick's friends' family is suing the Hogans because of what happened to their son as a result of the accident.

Not surprised. Rumors of a split were hitting the net a couple months ago.

I think they were having some marital problems before the reality show.

They said on the radio today that they were actually already seperated before the taping of the last run of shows?
They said it was tough for the camera peeps and producers to get them to get along long enough to shoot the show.
