Other than that - I enjoy writing fanfics and playing with PSP - and if my little sissy ever gets here - I enjoy talkin to her too - just gotta find a way to make it cheaper when her computer is on the fritz (like it has been since December) :(

Hi! I am new here. A little about myself? My name is Darlene (people call me Dar) and I live in Eastern Canada. I have been a fan of Nick's music since he was in 98 Degrees. I love his and Jessica's show Newlyweds. I really enjoy listening to his music and think he is very talented. I love theatre and movies (the production side of it). Right now, I work full time in the evenings and am back in university full time (during the day) studying nuclear medicine. I found this web site by accident. now let's see what to say, welcome to all nick fans who weren't at the original nick board and welcome to those who were. it took a while for me to make it but i needed to come up with a good name ;).

anyway if you haven't figured it out yet, it's me izzy. and for those who don't know me hi i'm izzy lol. i'm usually the first person to do the welcome wagon but i guess i was too slow this time :P.

anyway a little about me. my actual name is Jenn. i'm a fan fic fanatic :P too many "f"s. i write so many i don't know what to do with them. i also love playing with psp, i love making banners, a bit of a freak on that as well. i love to sing and act as well as write, and not just the fan fics, i write poems and songs and movies and plays and you name it i probably do it.

i've been a 98 fan for the longest time. nick's always been #1 but so have the other three :P. i hope they come out with a new cd soon and once again welcome to the board.

My daughter loves Jess, but my son doesn't really like "pop" music (he's more into alternative like Linkin Park) but he likes to watch Newlyweds with me. (I don't let my daughter watch it-she's still a little young.) And I only let my son watch episodes that I have watched previously and approve of. ;)

hmm i haven't heard too much of whether or not kmart had it. i don't have one in my town oddly, place isn't big enough to carry that chain i suppose. but yes i got one from walmart oh wait that would be both copies. do you have a target? they had some there for a while i know.

I think he got ripped b/c he got no publicity.

I agree - Nick did get ripped off by Uni since they wouldn't promote the album - although someone from a different mb said they work for Uni and that "uni tried" - but Nick has stated that Uni thought Newlyweds would be enough as far as PR went for the album.

He needs a new label - and so do 98 Degrees when they return to the studios (hopefully in the not too distant future - I need more of their harmonies).

Amazon can get ya good deals. I went to Best Buy on the release date to get my copy of Soulo, I just wish Amazon had the import cheaper - I don't mind paying a little more for an import - but over 30 bucks? for 2 extra songs - it's just nuts.

I agree - Nick did get ripped off by Uni since they wouldn't promote the album - although someone from a different mb said they work for Uni and that "uni tried" - but Nick has stated that Uni thought Newlyweds would be enough as far as PR went for the album.

He needs a new label - and so do 98 Degrees when they return to the studios (hopefully in the not too distant future - I need more of their harmonies). [/b]

And don't feel stupid about signing up at nicklachey.com before realizing that the boards were closed - they should have closed the sign up page when they closed the boards down (shows how intelligent Uni is - even after being told that it looked bad to new fans to be able to sign up for something that was closed).
