Tonight's eppy is quite interesting - at least Nick's part - I am STILL confuzed about the older story lines - but I think I'm getting a little more understanding of those.

For those of you(me included)who missed CHARMED on Sunday they are showing it tonight on TNT @ 10PM EST. I for one will be watching and will tape NYPD BLUE. This is their final season. I love that show.

What a waste of valuable time! Someone should give Nick a real acting gig on ABC, NBC, CBS or even FOX. "Charm" is so boring and Alyssa look like the ***** that she is. I caught the last part because I wanted to see what was coming next week, and I saw a clip of Alyssa jumping into Nick's hand. What the hell is the producer think they are doing? LOLOLOLOLOL! If Nick is going to act on TV, I would like to see him in something like CSI: New York or CSI: Miami or Law and Order. I hope Nick do not continue after the 6 episodes because "Charm" and the WB is a waste of time and space.

Well "Charmed" is a good show in my opinion.
But anyway... Nick doesn't fit in the show so I'll have to agree with you on the not coming back after the six episodes part. I like him singing better. He doesn't fit into the whole acting thing.

Indeed! Nick is a way better singer than actor. And I do admit that he does not fit into that show. Maybe ABC will agree to air his sitcom pilot in mid season. If nothing elese, I read yesterday that ABC ordered a tv pilot for Tom Arnold. If that is approved, maybe Tom (who likes Nick) will give him a spot on that sitcom. Nick should go back to singing asap. Neither him or Jessica is good at acting, and I think they should both stick to singing for their bread and butter. Must if he must act, then I would like to see him in a serious role on tv.

I read that in one of those gossip magazine too, but I haven't seen anything official from ABC. Infact, I read last night that ABC ordered a sitcom for Tom Arnold based on his life as a step-dad to Rosanne kids, and I also read that ABC plans to air another sitcom during mid season was scrapped. But nothing about Nick's sitcom. If I find anything on it, I will post it here.
By the way, that sitcom was called "Hot Momma."
I look at this way, if his work on Charmed can offer him more opportunities, then more power to him. Is he the second coming of DeNiro...no, but if Aron Spelling and others see his potential, well good for Nick. His going into acting is no different than actors wanting to sing.
I'm tired of people referring to him as "Mr. Jessica Simpson". Hopefully, now he can get more recognition for his own talent, and not just for being a husband.

Well, if you look at it that than yeah that's cool that he's getting out there and more doors are being opened for him. Hopefully this exposure will get rid of the "Mr. Jessica Simpson" title. It's really sad to see him working so hard and people can't even call him by his name.

Oh good lord...it's a freakin television show! He is going into the acting industry now so you know what...there IS going to be romance or sex scenes. Tell me how many shows or movies you see now a days when that's not part of the plot?? Get over it...it's ACTING. If this was any other celebrity you wouldn't care. I saw the scene and cannot wait to see this...I mean come on it's Nick...chances are if it's a hot steamy scene like that we might see some shirtless action! And it wasn't disgusting, sex is sex...it's not disgusting and adding the name Nick Lachey in it...nope not gross...not gross at all. :wub:
