Oh God here we go again

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica early this morning -- her second bust in less than three months.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept., 21-year-old Lohan was nailed around 2:15 AM near Pico Boulevard and Main Street early Tuesday morning.

Just last week, Lohan was quietly booked by Beverly Hills PD for an alleged Memorial Day weekend DUI crash. She was due back in court on August 24 to face charges of driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 and misdemeanor hit and run.

Lindsay just turned 21 -- legal drinking age -- earlier this month. She's been voluntarily wearing a SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet for the past couple of weeks, even flaunting the device during a recent beach outing in Malibu.

Drugs and alcohol has taken over her brain, her being. What a waste of talent. Too bad for her, I really liked her on Parent Trap when she was still this young and innocent girl. I hope she gets the right and real help she needs.

I heard this morning, they found cocaine in her pocket, and she was drunk, she failed the breathalizer, and she was driving with a suspended license.

It's a shame, she was a true talent. I still hope she gets herself together.

I have zero hope left for her. She doesn't want sobriety, that is clear. Everyone falls down every once in awhile but this girl is just out of control. It'll be interesting to see how she responds to this...I smell Larry King...

One thing they always stress when you are in rehab and when you leave rehab is to avoid temptation. So, what does she do? Goes clubbing!!?? Nice! Not saying that addicts shouldn't go anywhere there is alcohol but when you are only into 2 months of sobriety it's a dangerous thing to do. She needs to find a new hobby.

I agree! If someone goes to rehab and then gets out and goes clubbing there's about a 5% chance that the person will stay sober.

I think she just needs to go to jail, it could be a rude awakening. Who knows it could work for her.

How stupid can you be? She has an addiction, yada, yada, yada. Fine, she should have kept her ass in rehab!
Why would she be driving anyway? I bet they will make an example out of her. At least I hope they do!

Despite a report (http://perezhilton.com/?p=2304) claiming otherwise, Lindsay Lohan's rep tells Usmagazine.com that the actress has no plans to give an interview anytime soon.
"There is absolutely no truth to the report that Lindsay is doing a tell-all interview with OK! Magazine," says Lohan's rep. "Or anyone else this week. That is completely fabricated."
