I think that first clip was from last week...I heard Nick was in Atlanta for an appearance. The clip says cumulus which is in atlanta, so assuming it was then. :)

I live in atlanta and it would have been on the radio station that he was going to be here!! Where did you hear this at?? Columbus is in south Georgia....Like 3-4 hours away from atlanta!!!

Not Columbus - Cumulus, as in Cumulus Media......its a radio broadcast company in Atlanta. Not sure if it was a public event, maybe thats why it wasnt on the radio.

Here is the response I got....I work for Cumulus Media Inc in Atlanta. It's the second biggest radio broadcast company in the country. Anyways we had a 10 year anniversary party and had Nick and a few american idols there. Some of the people from American Idol were really cool but Nick didn't want to meet anyone. Kind of a tool. It was May 11th. I'll put up the other videos." He is obviously bitter he didnt meet Nick ;) lol....
