I wouldn't get all upset. How do you know In Touch is telling the truth? I thought they weren't reliable?

I'm not all upset, it just ticks me off (not in a rage, mind you) when things like this are wrote. I can't explain it. Nevermind.
They aren't reliable, but Joe's said things along this line before.

I agree with you. They always say "If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all" Who knows if it's really true though.

If this is true, he couldn't be more wrong. It could happen to anyone, anyone who at the very least is a social drinker. And yeah, he wouldn't let it happen to Jessica because he always seems to have to be around her. I hope one day she tells him to let go.

I am no fan of Jugs, but I think she is breaking away, and FINALLY making her own choices...Like on NYE she choose to spend it with fugs instead of getting paid to appear at a party in LV ( I read this in us weekly), and when pimpson found out he was mad that she partied for free with fugs instead of getting paid...So maybe homegirl has learned, it just sucks that our Nick got his heart broke in her learning process!!:sad:

I am no fan of Jugs, but I think she is breaking away, and FINALLY making her own choices...Like on NYE she choose to spend it with fugs instead of getting paid to appear at a party in LV ( I read this in us weekly), and when pimpson found out he was mad that she partied for free with fugs instead of getting paid...So maybe homegirl has learned, it just sucks that our Nick got his heart broke in her learning process!!:sad:

There was a comment on Perez' site from someone claiming to be there and he said Joe was there. The pictures that were posted of Jessica and John were from inside a club. Makes you wonder who took them. And now they're together in Rome and pictures of them surfaced within a day (that to me look somewhat posed).

I just took a look. They are credited to a "Luke." Most of the pixs are just duplicate pixs of them walking. This Luke guy has take pixs for others including Lindsey as well.
Not sure who Luke is however most photographers just go snap snap snap and sort through the multiiple pixs later to see which ones they want to use. There are multiple shots of Nick and V on some of the wire services as well. The papers just pick out what they want to use. I'm sure on SK they want to see all of them. :)

Do you think pixs of Nick and V weren't posed? :) Most of them, including the videos, always show V looking directly at the camera! even if Nick is looking away. I mean how would the paps know where N & V would be in Mexico? unless someone clued them in? I still am not convinced that part they claim Joe said about nick is true. I think it may just be hype by the media. The part about Britney I can believe because he was on a video interview and he said pretty much the same thing, that he hoped the family would be there to help her. Maybe IT just added that other line for effect.

I agree, Nick and Vanessa have used the media as well. I'm not at all one sided. I do not trust Joe though, never have.

At other times, he has provided the agency with exclusive (and even risqué!) photographs of his daughters on family getaways.
Needless to say, other photographers aren't thrilled with the new arrangement. One shutterbug recounts being invited to cover an event only to find her shots repeatedly blocked by Joe and his Nikon. "I thought it was really odd that he was always in my way, since I was the one who was paid to be there shooting," she says. And when the freelance snapper finally did get some shots, Joe's were the only ones WireImage deemed worthy of distribution.

Yes, that was mentioned awhile back, however, the pixs at the Grammy's were credited to the professional photographer at the Grammy's. Also, I think things have changed since Jess is with John now. Most of the pixs of Rome were just multiple snaps of them just walking down a street or pushing bags at the airport. nothing really major.

This was an old story when they first mentioned he was taking pixs. Doesn't mean it is happening now. There are plenty of viseod of Jess and pixs of Jess and Joe wasn't the one taking them so that sort of disproves him following her around. Besides, why is everyone still so concerned about Jess and her family? Just because there hasn't been any Nick or V news for weeks shouldn't mean it's pounce on Jess & the family time to spice up the boring days until Nick is spotted again.

I don't think that anyone is intentionally doing this here and yet, Jane. I think that they're just pointing out the other side of the Joe story, and giving us links as to what Rae had mentioned in her post.

^^^I totally agree! Nick has always been such a great guy, never uttered one negative word about Jessica or her (father?) throughout the entire time of the separation, divorce. I applaud Nick for being the bigger person, and getting his feelings of frustration out through his songs. He is a great role model for all of us. JMO!

I don't think Maggi was saying that we should look to him as being a role model, rather that we should all take a cue and leave some things personal and to ourselves no matter what the comment is.

Nick may not do things in order to be seen as a role model but as a public figure he is in the spotlight, people see what he does and some respect that and admire and want to emulate him in ways that they like and admire in him.
