Britney Back in Rehab

TMZ has confirmed Britney Spears is back in rehab.

We're told the singer is hoping three times is a charm. The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been cancelled because of the new development. There will be no custody hearing today.

Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears' welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. We're also told this will be Spears' last chance -- if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children.

We're told Spears showed up at Federline's house to see the children last night and he wouldn't let her in.

Sources say the kids are now in the custody of Federline, and have been since last week.

TMZ has just confirmed Spears' inpatient rehab program is supposed to last between 30 and 45 days.

So, am I the only one thinking that K-Fed is the only one taking serious action on behalf of Britney getting help?? I really hope 3rd time is the charm!

I heard on Foxnews that Kevin has had custody of the kids since last week???? Anyone else hear that?

IMO,...K-fed is just doing what his lawyers are advising him to do. I don't see the guy as some caring father. If he were, he would have stuck it out with the first g/f and his first set of kids and not ever had the second set. I don't think his word means anything and he is just trying to build more of a case so he can collect more $ from Britney.

See, I just don't see that; I dont know....I really think he's "grown up" in some sense, and although I still don't care for the guy....he has changed I think. And I do think his children would be better off more times than not lately, with him and not Britney.
