geez - after all the stupidity involving my outgoing "favorite-star.com" email problems - it was such a simple fix. and the stupid tech support guy I talked to when I first had the problems was a freaking moron. I have to do my outgoing mail through the charter smtp server - it was like a 2 minute phone call to get it working - and I spent at least 15 with the other idiot - who only told me "we're not blocking anything"
