KISS KISS: Betsey Johnson, Cynthia Steffe and Alice Roi will be kissing and telling tonight. The designers — along with Donna Karan, Nicole Miller, Dana Buchman, Shoshanna Lonstein Gruss, Nanette Lepore, Monique Lhuillier, Rebecca Moses, Cynthia Rowley, Rachel Roy and three dozen other celebrities — all shared their first or most memorable kiss stories for Macy's custom-published book "Kiss & Tell." Nicky Hilton is hosting the Macy's Presents Kiss & Tell benefit tonight at Loft 11 in New York, which will feature a kissing booth, plus silent auctions on kisses from Hilton, Johnson, Rowley, Joss Stone and Vanessa Minnillo. Money raised this evening plus 10 percent of the book's proceeds will go to the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women movement, of which Macy's is a national sponsor. Who score as designers' most memorable lip locks? For Miller, Lhuillier, Kimora Lee Simmons, Steffe, Roy and Johnson, it's their children, while for Buchman, Rowley and Lonstein Gruss, it's their husbands. And Lepore? "I never kiss and tell!"
