You can retake it. I would get some manuals or study books and then retake it. They've upped the amount you can get since I took it some 21 years ago I think, highest score possible when I took it was 30. If I'm remembering correctly.

I thought it was higher now because they add some to mine because I took it before they changed it.

Maybe you could look through some tutorials at the library before buying one. you'll do better next time. Hang in there!!!
