To be politically correct... the voice. But I chose it just because I had to. It's a really tough question. lol

I think he has an awesome voice. Don't get me wrong, he has a great body but you really can't see that on the radio :)

From a career standpoint I have to go with voice, personality and body

From a personal standpoint I have to go with personality body voice

From a image standpoint I have to go with body personality voice

But since he needs a jump start back into the mainstream, I am going with his voice all the way to the top of the charts.
