Houston Concert Review

I went to Nick's FABULOUS concert in Houston last night, woop, woop!!! I had 6th row center seats. Surprisingly, there were several empty seats in my row. It was perfect because Nick sang "Slave" to the girl directly across the aisle from me, and I was able to be right next to him since there wasn't anybody in the end seats in my row. I talked to his bodyguard (Tommy) several times throughout the night -- he's a very cool guy. I stood next to him during "Slave" and we were laughing because the girl to whom Nick sang had a huge wad of neon green gum in her mouth and was chomping away on it the whole song. I told Tommy he should do the girl a favor and tell her to ditch the hypercolor gum, haha. Anyway, towards the end of "Slave" Tommy grabbed my arm and pulled me towards Nick. He let me touch his back and grab his butt. :D I was surprised since he was blocking everybody else.
The entire concert was amazing. Nick is definitely a charmer. I love that he does certain cheesy things just to get the crowd going, but you can tell that he is laughing at himself while doing it.
The crowd was a mix of people -- a lot of teenagers, but there were several older fans there as well. I'm 28, and I did make friends with several women there who are my age.
I waited by Nick's bus after the show along with about 30 other people. I only stuck around for about 15 minutes though, so I'm not sure whether he ever came out to greet the fans.
Oh, I liked both Dirtie Blonde and Joanna. Joanna mentioned that she was getting over a cold, which might explain why a few people who have attended earlier concerts didn't care for her voice.
The concert was so fun -- I'm jealous of those of you who still have it ahead of you!

The concert was so fun -- I'm jealous of those of you who still have it ahead of you!
^Although my show was last week, I agree with that. Nick's show was sooo much fun!!!!!!!! I hope that Nick will go on another tour soon:D

Shame on me for not giving the details in my original post!!! I still cannot believe I grabbed his butt... too funny! He is one smokin' guy, and his butt is no exception!! It is definitely firm, which made it hard to get a FULL handfull (haha)!!! Damn it looks good in jeans too! I heard that he went to the Sake Lounge next door for a drink after the concert, and I am soooooo bummed I didn't go. It was practically empty, which would have been a prime Nick meetin' opportunity! Darn!

Thank you so much for the great review. You are so lucky! I also had the chance to say hello to Tommy when Nick was here in atlanta oct.20, he is such a nice guy.Every time he would walk pass me, he would tap me on the shoulder or poke my side. Seems cool as ****, and would love to chill with. But I did not to meet Nick! That is my DREAM!!!!Hopefully it will come true one day...
