Newlyweds Stars Make It Onto Body List

Reality TV's Newlyweds Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson have been honoured for their fit bodies in a new TV poll. Simpson has topped the latest VH1 Rock Bodies poll, while her pop star husband also makes it onto the top 10 list.

Compiled by the editors of American fitness magazine Self, the list is made up of people who look great thanks to the time they spend working out.

Victorious Jessica beat Beypnce and newlywed Jennifer Lopez on the list.

The top 10 is:

I agree with you and Nick actually works out. Did you see the special? they showed pictures of Nick working out in the gym, and a reporter even talked to him. When they got to their number one pick..Jessica, they did not show Jessica working out, they just mentioned that she did yoga and ran on the treadmill. What does that tell you? It is a Jess phenominon (sp) going on right now. Good for her, let her enjoy it.

However, I have a strong feeling that once Nick sign his new record with ? Record Company, get his album ready and released, start promoting it, that it is going to be NICK time. If you ask me why I feel that way: It is simple. When Nick showed up with Drew on stage to sing Happy Birthday to Lea at Jessica's concert last Friday, Kidd Krad[friend] (DJ), along with many of the audience said that when Nick appeared on stage, the audience errupted in applause. People have also said that everytime Nick appears on the teleprompto in the clips of "Newlyweds", again the audience cheered for him. Kidd Krad[friend] said that Nick drew the largest applause from the audience. So then, he has fans, and he has an audience, he just need good management, and a good record label willing to promote him. I am praying for big things for him in the upcoming year, and I just know it is going to happen.

I agree. So let's keep praying for him to keep his head up, and for his career to get going. I am really hoping he can get his new album ready for release by December or early January (right after the Christmas Variety Special), while the show is still fresh on everyone's mind. I think that is the best kind of promotion he can get from ABC. I am also hoping that while Drew is in New York from September - March, that Nick will visit New York more often next year and promote his new album there. He should do Regis & Kelly, GMA, Today Show, The View, David Letterman, all the late night shows, and of course Saturday Night Live (musical guest). I know Nick is a hard worker, but like my husband said last night, "if he wants it bad he is going to have to fight for it."

And everytime he steps out on the golf course with his buddies he should use that opportunity to market himself. He should buy them lunch and write it off as a business expense. He should also host several parties at his house, and invite over the 'who is who' in the bussiness. Lea Lachey can help him organize these parties. Nick should be home more in August which is perfect timing for a couple of pool parties. Yet, another forum for him to market himself. And all upcoming public events on his schedule (Big Brother/Sister, celebrity softwall, Donald Trump's golf outing, etc. etc.) are perfect forums for him to do more marketing. Marketing and promoting is what business is all about and Nick just need to go for it and not limit himself.

I for one can't wait to see him back on the stage performing. Dang, I should be his Manager.
