To answer your question in order to change you have to go to the store and buy the item that lets you change it.

You have to go to the store click on profile changes then you are going to see an item called 'Change Your Member Title' which cost 20. You need to buy that then its going to take you straight to your inventory, click on use item and you should know what to do from there.
