This is my first fan fic on this board: This is the prologue.

Iyleen Ismail was such a talented young dancer and she was determined to become a professional dancer. Unfortunately, Iyleen came from a family with high expectancy. She came from a family whose children became doctors, estate agents, teachers and lawyers. Her parents believed that she should be something more "productive" and "sensible". So Iyleen gave up her dream in order to make her parents happy and went to USC to study to become a journalist. Then her boyfriend, Danny November inspires her to reclaim her dream by auditioning to be a dancer for Nick Lachey. She auditions and winds up getting it. Now she has to deal with her angry parents, the cost of being a dancer, and a very unexpected mean yet jealous Mrs. Lachey. :P

Chapter 1

One day, Iyleen was doing her homework in Starbucks hear the USC campus when her boyfriend, Danny November walked in.
"Hey Iyleen," Danny greeted with an excited smile. He was holding a flier in his hand.
"Hi baby," Iyleen said looking up with a smile. Danny sat down across fro m her and showed her a flier.
"I was on my way to drama cl[arse] and I found this and I thought this was so you," Danny said. Iyleen took a look at the flier.
"There's an audition to be a dancer for Nick Lachey's summer tour," Iyleen read. "It's 2 weeks from this Saturday at noon."
"Yes there is," Danny grinning.
"And you showed me this because..." Iyleen trailed off.
"I thought this could be a great opportunity for you to get on that stage again," Danny said taking her hands in his. Iyleen sighed.
" I don't know, Danny. I mean I haven't danced since high school which is basically a year," Iyleen said doubtfully.
"You danced a lot when we go to clubs and parties. You were practically the life of the party and we always end up leaving last," Danny pointed out.
"I meant professionally," Iyleen said.
"So? I'm sure there's still that choreo mistress inside you," Danny said with a smile.
"Well this seems to be a good opportunity and I'm really keen to give this a shot," Iyleen said keenly.
"Then do it! What's stopping you?!"
"Uh hello? My parents. They'll be angry when they find out I went out for an audition."
"So? Who cares about what your parents think? You're in college now. You're practically an adult and independent and can make your own decisions. Why do you need your parents' approval?"
"Because I want to make them happy."
"So what if they'll be happy or not happy. This is your life. Do what makes you happy."
"Danny, I come from a prestigious family. They expect me to do something that will make our family proud and honored. A dancer is not a choice."
"Iyleen, your are different from your family. You are a star performer. That makes you very special. This is your decision, your life. It is not their decision nor their life."
"But they'll be ashamed and disappointed in me and probably will never talk to me."
"They'll regret it once you get to hang with the hot shot celebrities and choreograph for people like Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake. " Iyleen laughed.
"Well..." She thought for a moment. "Why not? This thing comes once in a blue moon. I'll do it!"
"Yeah!" Danny shouted excitedly and started jumping up and down and cheering like a cheerleader which made all of the people at Starbucks staring at him. Sometimes Iyleen wondered how she ever ended up with a person like Danny, so full of life and dramatic. Of course, he was drama freak. That's what Iyleen loved about him. He was so........so....different from every guy she ever dated. He was crazy yet humorous and understanding and was a good shoulder to cry on and Iyleen felt she could talk to Danny about anything. She also felt that Danny made her feel complete and a better person. She laughed shaking her head at her crazy boyfriend.
"Danny, sit down. The customers are staring at you!" Iyleen said.
"So what! I don't care! My girlfriend is getting her dream back and there's no reason why I should be jumping up and down and acting like an idiot!"
"Awe Danny!" Finally Danny calmed down and he hugged and kissed Iyleen.
"Danny?" Iyleen said when they pulled apart.
"Yeah?"
"Will you come with me to the auditions to support me?"
"Of course my dear!"
"Awe! I love you!"
"I love you too!" They pulled in for another kiss.

Chapter 2

So Iyleen started preparing for her audition. She took a few jazz and hip-hop cl[arse]es. She also exercised everyday and kept a balanced diet. At times, she wanted to give up but kept motivating herself to move on. Danny was by her side the whole time and also kept encouraging her to go on. Iyleen also choreographed a routine for audition since it was one of the requirements. Despite all of her preparations, Iyleen still concentrated on school and kept up with her cl[arse]es. Finally it was the day of the audition. Iyleen was excited and nervous at the same time. She put on a green tank top as well as a pair of black jazz pants. She did her dark black hair in 2 small buns. When she was ready, the doorbell of her dorm rang. She grabbed her dance bag and opened the door to find Danny outside her dorm with a bouquet of flowers.
“Hi sweetie. Are you ready?”
“Yes I am and what are these?” She asked as Danny handed her the bouquet.
“These are for you as a good luck present,” Danny said.
“Awe thanks. Let me just put these in water,” Iyleen said. She took the flowers inside and put them in water. “Well I’m ready to go.”
“Aren’t you gonna put a flower in your hair for good luck?”
“Won’t that look kind of silly?”
“Well I think it looks cute. Besides you always have flowers in your hair.”
“Yeah when I have my hair down.”
“Come on Iyleen, please,” Danny begged with a puppy dog face. Iyleen knew she could not let that face down.
“Alright.” Then Iyleen took out a flower and shortened the stem and put it in her hair. “So how do I look?”
“Beautiful.” He kissed her and then they left for the auditions. When they got to the auditions, there were hundreds of girls auditioning. Iyleen sighed. This was gonna be a long day. Danny laid his hand on hers and gave her an encouraging smile. Iyleen smiled back and kissed his cheek. Danny parked his car and they went out and joined the other girls. A few minutes the doors of the studio were opened and all the girls went into the very large studio. Iyleen found a small spot and started stretching. She was quite surprise to find the other girls applying their make-up when they should be stretching.
“I wonder why they are wasting their time refurnishing themselves when they should be getting ready and stretching,” Iyleen said to Danny who was sitting next to her.
“I think they just want to look sexy for Nick Lachey,” Danny said.
“Don’t they know he has a wife?” Iyleen said.
“They do. They just think their flirting will get them to be a dancer. They think flirting is a good suck up,” Danny said.
“Well that’s just stupid. Anyways I’m sure Jessica will keep Nick on a leash if any of these girls try to seduce him,” Iyleen said.
“Yeah.”
“Is that Iyleen Ismail and Danny November?” said a voice. Both Iyleen and Danny looked up. A young Asian girl with brown hair and brown eyes and a great smile came walking towards them. Her hair was up to her shoulders and was wearing brown tank top and black pants.
“Yes it is. And is that ‘Boss Lady’ Connie Lim?” Iyleen said recognizing her high school best friend.
“Yes it is!” All 3 of them screamed and Iyleen and Connie hugged. Danny wrapped his arms around the two of them.
“It’s good to see you Connie,” Danny said.
“It’s good to see you both,” Connie said.
“So how is Drew?” Iyleen asked. Drew is Connie’s boyfriend from high school. They were still going out even after Connie went to college. He was a year younger than her.
“He’s fine. He got accepted to Berkley on a soccer scholarship, which is great because we’ll get to see each other everyday since we’ll going to school together.”
“Yeah. You must be very happy,” Iyleen said.
“I am. We’re getting married,” Connie said showing off her 2 karat pink diamond ring proudly.
“Wow. Connie I’m so happy for you and Drew,” Iyleen said hugging her best friend.
“Somebody talking about me?” said a manly voice. All three of them looked up to see none other than Connie’s fiancé, Drew Kolanz.
“Yes, sweetheart,” Connie said smiling. “Guess who I found?” She showed Drew, Danny and Iyleen.
“Well if it isn’t ‘Drama-freak’ Danny November and ‘Choreo’s mistress’ Iyleen Ismail,” Drew said.
“And if it isn’t Pen High’s Star Soccer Player, Drew Kolanz,” Danny said with a grin. Both Iyleen and Danny hugged Drew.
“Wow. This is like a mini high school reunion,” Drew said as he pulled apart from Danny and Iyleen and put his arm around Connie.
“Yes it is. And congratulations Drew on your engagement to Connie. So any wedding plans yet?” Iyleen asked.
“Not yet. We’re just gonna stay engaged for a while. We’re planning on getting married after college,” Connie said. “Right now we want to stay young and be in love and have fun.”
“Well congrats to the both of you,” Danny said.
“Thanks,” Drew said.
“Well it certainly won’t be a mini high school reunion without us," said another girl's voice. Connie and Iyleen turned around to see their other 2 best friends, Lori Itagki and Lindsey Nam.
"Is that you, Lori Itagki, "Pen High's Songstres" ?" Connie said.
"And is that you, Lindsey Nam , "The Triple Threat"?" Iyleen said. The gijrls screamed for they were happy to reunite with their friends. They all hugged.
"What are ya'll doing here?" Lindsey said.
"Same reason as you, auditioning to be a dancer," Iyleen said.
"We better stick together through this whole process," Connie said.
"Yeah," Lori agreed. So the girls made a pact to stick together. While stretching, the girls managed to catch-up with one another. Both Lori and Lindsey were happy to find that Connie and Drew were engaged. A few moments later, the doors had opened and everyone in the room looked up to see Nick Lachey and his wife, Jessica Simpson walk in. Behind him was his brother, Drew Lachey. The other was a famous choreographer name Wade Robson and alongside of him were his two [arse]istants, Cami and Laura. Almost all of the girls in the room immediately got their mirrors and checked their make-up at the same time. Connie, Lori, Iyleen and Lindsey couldn't help but laugh.
"I can't believe these girls think they can get this job by flirting," Connie whispered.
"I know but I don't blame them. Nick looks really sexy in person," Lori whispered back. "And Drew too!"
"Jessica looks smaller than she is on Tv," Iyleen commented.
"She looks about our height," Lindsey said. Soon all, but Wade and Cami and Laura, went to the next room.
"All right listen up," Wade said in a big voice. "I'm Wade Robson. You mihgt know me from the 'Wade Robson Project' on MTV. I've choreographed for ther artists and I'm the tour director for Nick Lachey's new tour. This are my [arse]istants, Cami and Laura. Anyways this is how the auditions are gonna go. First round, Cami and I will teach you a routine and you'll have to memorize it in a half an hour. Then the judges will see how well you do base on your performance. Then they'll choose who should go on the next round. 2nd round is where you perform the routine you choreographed in front of the judges. They'll choose who should go to the next round based on creativity, originality, and performance wise. The last rountine is a freestyle moment where you have to be able to dance on the spot. We'll pick the 4 dancers from there. You got that?"
"yes!" Everyone in the room, well except Danny and Drew, said in unison.

Chapter 3

So Wade and his [arse]istants began teaching a dance routine to the girls to Nick’s song, “Shut Up”. It was a newly remix version of the song with the help of R. Kelly to give it a more upbeat sound. The routine seemed hard at first for Iyleen but she got it once she did it over and over again with her friends. She, Connie, Lori and Lindsey practiced over and over again. Then it was time for the auditions to begin. Each girl was given a number in which they go in and audition. Connie was one of the 1st girls to audition. Lori and Lindsey were somewhere in the middle. Iyleen was one of the last girls to audition. This gave her a lot of time to go over the routine. So far Connie, Lori and Lindsey made it into the next round. Most of the girls earlier who cared only about their looks and flirting were eliminated and they were very shocked. Connie, Lori, Lindsey and Iyleen were not surprised. Finally it was time for Iyleen to audition. She walked in along with four other girls. She saw the four people, she saw earlier sitting at a long table with coffee mugs. She also saw Wade standing by the stereo. Iyleen stretched a bit and breathed deeply and prayed quietly.
“You girls ready?” Wade asked. All of the girls nodded. “Alright 5…6…7…8. ” He turned on the music and the girls began dancing. Iyleen felt a bit calm and relaxed and felt a bit calm and let loose. She slowly let her body flow with the music. “And cut,” Wade said and stopped the music. The dancers stopped. The judges began talking and discussing who they were going to pick.
“We’ve made a decision,” said Nick a few minutes later. “We’ve decided to go with #106.” Iyleen leaped into joy for that was her number and she had been selected! The other girls sulked and stomped out.
“Omg! Thank you so much! Sorry if I’m over-reacting a bit. I’m just so happy that I made the 2nd round.” The judges laughed.
“It’s ok. We understand,” Drew said.
“Well thank you again,” Iyleen said as she was about to head out the door.
“Your welcome,” Nick said. Iyleen headed out of the door feeling so pleased that she made it.
“I made it! I made it!” She said with excitement once she saw Danny and others.
“I’m so happy for you baby!” Danny said taking Iyleen in his arms and hugging her and swinging her around. “I knew you could do it!” Then Iyleen hugged each of her friends.
“I’m so glad that all four of us made it to the next round,” Lori said.
“Yeah me too,” said Lindsey.
“Let’s hope and pray that we all make it through,” Connie said. There was a break for lunch. The girls and Danny and Drew went to a near restaurant to eat. Later they came back to the studio for the 2nd round. There were 32 girls left. Now it was time for the girls to perform individually to a routine they choreographed. Iyleen had choreographed her routine to a mix of three songs: “Yeah” by Usher, “Doesn’t Really Matter” by Janet Jackson, and “More than a Woman” by Aaliyah. She practiced her routine while she waited for her turn. She had let her hair down in braids but still kept the flowers in her hair. During this round, she was the first among her friends to audition.
“Danny, can you come in and watch me audition? Please?” Iyleen asked as she was about to go in.
“Do you think they’ll let me in?” Danny asked.
“I’m sure they will. Besides you are not one of the people auditioning,” Iyleen said.
“Alright I’ll go in with you,” he said with a smile getting up.
“Thanks Danny,” she said giving him a hug. Then the two of them walked in hand in hand. “Um h, is it ok if my boyfriend watches? He won’t be much of a distraction,” Iyleen said to the judges.
“You won’t even know I’m here. I’ll be as quiet as a mouse,” Danny added.
“Sure. He can stay,” said Nick.
“Thank you,” Iyleen said. Danny went and sat on the floor against the wall.
“Ok before we see you dance, we’re going to ask a few questions,” Drew said. Iyleen nodded. “Name?”
“ Iyleen Ismail,” she answered.
“Age?” Drew asked.
“19.”
“Experience?”
“Danced ever since 4 years old; ballet, tap, and jazz and hip-hop. I was Captain of the Choreo team in my highschool.”
“Is that all?” Iyleen nodded.
“Ok. Show us what you got,” Nick said. Iyleen gave the CD to Wade and he put it in the stereo and pushed play. Iyleen, then, began performing her routine and put her whole heart into it. The judges were very impressed. Once she finished, there was a round of applause. Of course, the biggest and loudest applause come from Danny.
“Wonderful job,” Nick said.
“You had great style,” Jessica complimented.
“You were awesome baby,” Danny said joining her and hugged her and putting her around her shoulder. “Ok you guys, gotta pick her. You saw how talented she is. How graceful and flexible she is. Not to mention, beautiful. You guys have to pick her or else you’ll regret it!”
“Danny!” Iyleen said.
“What? I’m telling them the truth,” Danny said.
“I think that is a little bit too much,” Iyleen said. “Thank you,” she said to the judges as she dragged Danny out.
“You guys better pick her!” Danny shouted as Iyleen dragged him out the door.
“You know. We should pick her,” Jessica said.
“Well she is very talented and well-experienced,” Nick said.
“And she definitely knows how to work it,” Drew added.
“Very energetic and creative and high spirited and has great technique,” Wade put in.
“Plus she has a boyfriend and so she can be trusted especially around you,” Jessica said to Nick.
“Oh I get it. You only want her because she has a boyfriend,” Nick teased.
“No. Not just that. She’s also a very gifted person,” Jessica said. The other guys laughed and Nick sighed.
“Well let’s get on with the auditions and we’ll decide,” he said. An hour later, Wade came out to the girls who were anxiously waiting.
“Alright I have the results. We have picked 8 finalists out of 32 which are 1 in 4. Here are the 8 finalists: Kylie Lewellan, Lori Itagki” Lori beamed with excitement “Amanda Herman, Lindsey Nam” Lindsey also beamed with excitement “Connie Lim” Connie jumped a little for she couldn’t believe it. “Leann Merry, C[arse]ie Lemons and… Iyleen Ismail.” Iyleen was about to cry some happy tears for she was so thrilled of making it and she immediately hugged Danny. “Thank you for those who auditioned. We’re sorry you didn’t make the cut. You were all so talented. We wish you good luck in your future.”

Chapter 4

The four friends were so happy that all of them made it to the last round. This increase their chances of them getting a gig or a huge break into fame. They were very excited and Danny and Drew were happy and proud for them. During this final round, the girls had to dance free-style to whatever is played. This time, since there was 8 left, the judges opened the doors and allowed the dancers to watch one another. The other reason was that it was going to be different with each performer. Everyone was sitting on the floor waiting to be called.
“Alright here’s how it goes, you’ll each be picked randomly. We’ve drawn numbers. You will have to perform on the spot to 3 songs that I’ll play. The judges will judge you on originality, technique, and performance. As I’ve said, we’ve drawn numbers at random and Connie, you are up,” Wade said looking at Connie. Connie’s heart skipped a beat when she heard her name. She slowly got up and took a deep breath. Drew squeezed her hand and the other 4 cheered for her. She took her place in front of the judges.
“Are you ready?” Nick asked. Connie nodded. “Ok Wade. Start the music.” Wade pushed play and the stereo played “Rock Your Body” by Justin Timberlake. Connie seems to naturally move with the music and strutted her stuff and put her whole heart into it. Everyone watched in amazement as Connie also danced to “The Way You Move” by Outkast and “Jumpin’ Jumpin” by Destiny’s Child. The judges were very impressed. Next was a girl named Kylie Lewellan. Unlike Connie, she didn’t do very well. She messed up quite a bit and almost froze at the last son. The judges felt sorry for her but remained firm. Iyleen anticipated as she watched everyone go up and dance. Some were good and some were a lot better than others. Some were just plain horrible. Finally it was her turn.
“Alright Iyleen, you are up,” Wade said. Iyleen nodded and got up and took a deep breath.
“Go Iyleen!” Connie cheered.
“Yeah!” Danny added. The other 3 cheered on. Iyleen made her way to the center.
“You ready?” Wade asked.
“Yes,” Iyleen answered. Then Wade began playing “Can’t Nobody” by Kelly Rowland. Iyleen just let loose and let her body do all the work. Everyone was mesmerized by her moves. They were very much in awe when Iyleen did a somersault when Wade switched from “Can’t Nobody” to “All For You” by Janet Jackson. No one could predict what Iyleen was gonna do next. Then Wade played Jessica’s song “The Sweetest Sin”. Everyone was alarmed because it was a slow song. Fortunately, Iyleen remembered doing a lyrical dance to that song and performed the lyrical dance. Everyone was surprised and amazed that Iyleen was able to dance to that sang with such grace and flow and the way she moved even Jessica.
“Very nice,” Wade complimented when Iyleen finished. Everyone clapped and cheered.
“Thank you,” Iyleen said relieved that it was over. She walked over to Danny and he hugged and kissed her lips.
“You were amazing baby,” he whispered.
“Alright now, all of you have to go outside while we judges decide on who to pick,” Drew said. So all the dancers and Danny and Drew went outside and waited anxiously. A half an hour later, they were called in. Nick got up from his chair and walked around to the other side of the table.
“Well first of all, you all are very talented. You should be glad you came this far. We wish we could pick all of you but we can pick only four and here are those whom we picked: Lori Itagki, Connie Lim, Lindsey Nam and … Iyleen Ismail!” The four Asian friends screamed in excitement for they were shocked, happy and couldn’t believe that they made it. For all 4 of them, their dreams came true. They were almost in tears and they hugged each other and Danny and Drew hugged them for they were happy that their girls and their friends made it.
“We made it! We made it!” Lindsey said excitedly.
“Yes we did! Yes we did!” Lori said happily. They hugged the other finalists and congratulated hem on making it this far and wished them good luck in the future.
“Congratulations to all four of you,” Nick said once the other four left the building.
“Thank you so much for giving all four of us such a great opportunity,” Connie said.
“Your welcome,” Nick said with a smile. Each girl hugged them and thanked him. Then Drew and Jessica and the other judges congratulated them.
“Well rehearsals start tomorrow at 9. Have a good night sleep. Remember this isn’t the end, this is just the beginning,” Wade said to the girls as they were about to head out. The girls nodded and took his word. They said goodbye to another and promised to meet in Starbucks for breakfast and went their separate ways. Danny and Iyleen went back to her apartment.
“Thanks Danny again for supporting me and encouraging me and telling me about this opportunity. If it weren’t for you, I don’t think I would’ve known about this audition and end up being some person behind a desk,” Iyleen said as they walked into her apartment.
“Your most welcome sweetheart,” Danny said giving her a kiss. “Now you’ve been working so hard, let me fix you diner and pamper you through the night.” Iyleen laughed.
“Awe. Ok.” So Iyleen took a shower while Danny made dinner. He made spaghetti along with some salad and water. He also made the small dinner a bit romantic with candle lights. Unlike other guys, Danny could cook and was a hopeless romantic person. That made Iyleen a very lucky girl. He finished laying the table when Iyleen came out in her pajamas.
“Wow,” she said when she saw what Danny had done. “You are so romantic.”
“Thank you my dear,” he said with a smile as he helped her into her chair. “It’s the least I could do for my hard-working performer.”
“Awe Danny,” she said. Then they began eating and staring at each other’s eyes. After dinner, they cuddled on the couch and listened to slow songs.
“So how are you feeling?” Danny asked.
“Happy. I’m just feeling blessed to have a career starting up and a loving boyfriend and great friends,” Iyleen said smiling. “ I love you.”
“I love you too,” Danny said and they kissed again. “You’re the best thing that ever happened to me.”
“Same here with you,” Iyleen said and they hugged. Danny stroked her hair. There was silence for a few minutes.
“Iyleen?”
“Yeah?”
“Are you ok?”
“Danny, should I or should I not tell my parents about this?”
“I’m not sure baby.”
“Do you think they’ll be mad at me or disown me?” Iyleen asked worriedly.
“Well I don’t know. But if y9ou do want to tell them, I’ll be by your side.”
“Thanks Danny.” They hugged and kissed. “You’re the best boyfriend in the world.”

Chapter 5

The next morning, the girls met at Starbuck’s for breakfast. Drew and Danny joined them since there was no cl[arse] that day.
“I wonder if Wade is single,” Lori said. Connie, Iyleen and Lindsey looked at her weirdly. “What? I think he’s cute. He’s really good looking especially when he dances.”
“Well last time I heard, he was engaged to someone,” Connie said.
“Oh,” Lori said disappointedly.
“You think you might have a chance with him?” Drew teased.
“Of course!” Lori said. All of them laughed. Then they left the coffee shop and headed towards the dance studio. When they went in, they saw Wade stretching. “Gosh! He’s so hot!” Lori whispered. The other girls rolled their eyes.
“Hey Wade!” Lindsey greeted.
“Hey there,” Wade greeted looking up with a grin. “Sleep well?”
“We sure did,” Iyleen said.
“Good cause we have a lot of ground to cover today so you better start stretching,” Wade said. The girls nodded. Danny and Drew sat down in a corner against the wall and did their homework.
“Can we stretch to music?” Connie asked.
“Sure,” Wade said. Then he put on “Love At First Sight” by Kylie Minogue. The girls then began stretching with Wade.
“So Wade you single?” Lori asked as they stretched.
“Yeah I am. I broke-up with my fiancé 2 months ago,” Wade answered.
“Awe. Why?” Lindsey asked.
“Well she wanted me to stop my dancing and stuff and get a normal type job and I didn’t want to crush my dream because of her. So I called the engagement off. Why you ask?” Wade said.
“Lori wants to ask you out,” Connie blurted out.
“Connie!” Lori exclaimed a bit embarr[arse]ed. Connie just grinned.
“Oh really?” Wade asked with a smile. He looked at Lori. She blushed a bit.
“Um yeah,” she said sheepishly.
“Then you got yourself a date for Friday night at 7,” Wade said. Lori was in awe.
“OMG! Really?” Lori asked excitedly. Wade nodded.
“OMG! Thank you so much!” Lori said.
“Your welcome. Now lets go back to work.” So they continued stretching. As they stretched, they saw Nick walking in with Jessica and fellow 98 degrees member, Justin Jeffre.
“Hey Nick,” Wade greeted.
“Hi Wade,” Nick answered back.
“Hi Nick!” the girls greeted in unison.
“Hello ladies. You know my wife, Jessica and my band mate, Justin,” Nick said. Jessica and Justin both nodded and said hi.
“Yeah we know,” Lindsey said. ‘Wow she’s beautiful’ Justin thought looking at Lindsey. Then Nick began stretching while Wade began teaching the girls the entire routine to “Shut Up.” Justin couldn’t keep his eyes off Lindsey. Jessica decided to find out some info on her husband’s new dancers from Danny and Drew. She spotted them sitting in a corner doing their homework and walked towards them. Drew looked up and saw Jessica walking towards them.
“Hey Danny, the ditzy blonde is walking towards us, “ Drew whispered to Danny. Danny looked up and saw Jessica nearing them.
“Maybe she finds us good looking and more attractive than her husband,” Danny joked. Drew laughed.
“Nah. She’s probably wanting to know a few things about our girls,” Drew said. “Let’s just be calm, cool and casual.” Danny nodded.
“Hi there,” Jessica greeted.
“Hey,” Drew and Danny said in unison.
“I’m Jessica,” she introduced herself.
“Yeah we know,” Drew said. “I’m Drew by the way.”
“ Oh same name as my brother-in-law. And your Danny right?” Iyleen’s boyfriend,” Jessica said looking at Danny.
“That is correct,” Danny said.
“And you are Connie’s boyfriend?” Jessica asked Drew.
“Correction. Fiancé,” Drew said with a grin.
“Oh so you guys are engaged then,” Jessica said.
“Yup,” Drew said.
“I see. Well congratulations,” Jessica said.
“Thank you,” Drew said.
“So what about the other girls?” Jessica asked looking at Lori and Lindsey. Wade was now teaching the routine to the girls with the addition of Nick.
“What about them?” Danny asked.
“Well if they are single or not,” she said.
“Why do you wanna know?” Drew asked.
“Just curiosity.” Drew and Danny looked at each other and sighed.
“Well Lori just scored a date with Wade. As for Lindsey, I think your friend there has the hots for her,” Danny said pointing at Justin who couldn’t keep his eyes off Lindsey.
“I see. What else can you tell me about them besides them being multi-talented dancers,” Jessica said as she watched the girls dance around her husband.
“Why are you asking us all these questions?” Drew asked.
“ Well I wanna see who my husband and I are dealing with,” Jessica said rather sternly. Danny and Drew stared at her thinking she’s one overprotective wife.
“Well all I can say is they are very truthful and honest,” Danny said. “Besides I know Iyleen will never cheat on me cause in her is the Danny November channel,” Danny said with a grin.
“Yeah and now that Connie and I are engaged. I know she will never cheat on me,” Drew said. “And Lori’s too into Wade and Lindsey, I think Justin there wants to ask her out.”
“Besides I don’t think any of the girls are interested in your husband knowing that he has a wife that is so overprotective,” Danny said teasingly at Jessica. Jessica threw him an evil look.
“If you want to get to know them better, you should talk to them yourself, “ Drew said. Jessica sighed. These boys were very smart. She knew she wasn’t going to get anything else out of them. So she gave up.
“Alright. Take 5,” Wade said to Nick and the girls. They were very relieved for they were very tired and sweaty after learning that hard routine. The girls walked over to Danny and Drew. Jessica went over to her husband. The girls drank their water bottles and wiped their sweat with towels. Lindsey sat on the floor. Lori went over to talk to Wade. Iyleen crawled into Danny’s lap while Connie crawled into Drew’s.
“So I saw Jessica talking to you guys. What did she ask you?” said Iyleen.
“She wanted to know about you girls and what you’re like,” Danny said.
“What did you say?” Connie asked as she laid her head on Drew’s chest.
“Well all we said was that you girls weren’t really single and that you aren’t interested in Nick,” Drew said.
“We also kinda insulted her,” Danny added.
“Oh how?” Lindsey questioned.
“By calling her, an overprotective wife. She gave us evil looks and stopped talking to us,” Drew said. The girls laughed.
“So was that a tiresome work out?” Danny asked.
“Yes it was,” Iyleen sighed. “Wade expects us to know the entire routine by half an hour. Then we’re gonna learn another routine.”
“Don’t worry I’m sure you girls can do it. Besides you all are very experienced especially coming from Ms. Trigsted’s song and choreo team,” Danny said.
“Except it’s on a higher level with a very professional choreographer,” Connie sighed.
“Yeah,” Lindsey agreed. “My feet are killing me.”
“Mine too,” Connie said.
“Make that the three of us,” Iyleen added.
“Why not you let us m[arse]age it for you?” Drew suggested.
“You’ll have to wait till next break cause it’s time to go back to work,” Wade announced. The girls groaned and got up. They joined Nick and began to practice the routine. Danny and Drew saw Jessica leaving with her friend, Cacee.
“Well I guess she won’t be asking us any more questions,” Danny said.
“Yup,” Drew said with a sigh of relief. Instead Justin came towards them.
“Hello there. You’re friends of the girls?” Justin asked.
“Yeah well we might consider ourselves more than friends especially with Connie and Iyleen,” Drew said.
“What about Lindsey?” Justin asked.
“What about her?” Danny said.
“Is she single?” Justin asked.
“Why you ask?” Drew asked with a grin. He obviously knew the answer.
“Well she’s really pretty and seems like a sweet girl and I want to ask her out,” Justin said rather shyly.
“Why not you go ahead and find out yourself,” Danny suggested.
“Um ok,” Justin said rather nervously.
“No problem,” Drew said with a smile. Two hours later, the girls and Nick took another break. They were very worn out. Connie and Iyleen were pleased to have their feet m[arse]aged by Danny and Drew. Wade m[arse]aged Lori’s. Lindsey looked at them with envy and jealousy for her feet were as tired as theirs but no one were m[arse]aging them. Justin, then, saw this as an opportunity to hook-up with her.
“Hey I’ll m[arse]age your feet,” Justin said walking towards her. Lindsey looked up and smiled.
“Ok sure,” Lindsey said. Then Justin said down and began m[arse]aging Lindsey’s feet.
“I’m Justin by the way,” Justin said.
“I know,” Lindsey said. “And I’m Lindsey.”
“I know that too,” Justin said. They laughed. “Well now that we know each other’s names. Let’s tell each other about ourselves.”
“Ok.” So they began talking about each other’s childhood, their high school years and family. Lindsey talked about her dance background and Justin complimented her on her dancing. He also talked about him being in a group with Nick back in high school and in 98 degrees.
“So um would you like to hang out with me sometime like go to the movies?” Justin asked nervously.
“Are you asking me out?” Lindsey asked.
“Yeah,” Justin said sheepishly.
“I would love to,” Lindsey said with a smile. Justin then smiled a huge smile. He was very happy.

Lachey. :P
An: Sorry I haven't posted for a while. Been very busy.

Chapter 6

~ In the car on the way home ~

Nick and Jessica were on their way home from rehearsals.

“So what do you think of the girls?” Nick asked Jessica as he drove the car.

“Well I think they’re pretty good dancers especially around you,” Jessica commented. Nick laughed.

“I didn’t talk to them though but I did talk to their boyfriends.”

“Oh?” Nick said.

“They were pretty rude to me,” Jessica added.

“Why were they rude to you?” Nick asked.

“Well they called me, an overprotective wife and they sneered at me. It was all because of the questions I asked about the girls,” Jessica complained. Nick laughed and Jessica pouted.

“Well they do have a point,” Nick said.

“What’s that?”

“That you should get to know the girls by talking to them instead of their boyfriends,” Nick said. Jessica sighed.

“Ok. I will.”

“That’s my girl.”

~ Friday Night at Lori’s Apartment ~

Lori was getting ready for her date with Wade in her apartment room. Connie, Iyleen and Lindsey were there to help for Lori was in a huge mess. She was very nervous.

“Ugh! I don’t know what to wear?” Lori panicked. She paced around her room. Her clothes were everywhere. She was wearing her bathrobe and her hair was wrapped in a towel.

“Well did Wade say casual or formal?” Connie asked.

“Casual,” Lori answered. “Ugh! I should’ve gone shopping after practice.” The other three girls gazed around the city of clothes on the floor.

“Calm down, Lori,” Connie said.

“How can I? When I’m about to go out on a date with one of the most famous choreographers in the world,” Lori moaned.

“How about this black dress?” Lindsey suggested holding it up.

“I wore that one to a funeral,” Lori said rolling her eyes. “Ugh! Wade’s gonna be here in an hour!”

“How about your gray hat with your strapless sequined blue tank top and your black pants,” Lindsey suggested. She showed the outfit to Lori.

“Perfect!” Lori said happily. “Finally! The perfect date outfit!” Lori quickly changed into those clothes. Connie, then, did her make-up and Lindsey did her hair. Iyleen did her nails and toes.

“How do I look?” Lori asked once everything was finished.

“Beautiful. Wade is gonna love you,” Iyleen said.

“You think so?”

“Of course. Just be yourself Lori,” Iyleen said.

“But I don’t know what to talk to him about,” Lori said as she strapped on her sandals.

“Well usually the best way to start a conversation is interests and childhood memories and school life,” Lindsey said.

“Yeah and talk about his dance experiences as well as yours,” Connie added.

“Ok,” Lori sighed. Then the doorbell rang. “Omg! He’s here! How do I look?”

“Beautiful,” the other girls said in unison. Lori took a deep breath and opened the door to see Wade standing on the other side. He was wearing a black sleeveless shirt and a pair of jeans. He also had a bouquet of white tulips. They were both speechless at that moment.

“Hi,” Wade said.

“Hi,” Lori greeted.

“You look beautiful tonight,” Wade complimented.

“Thank you. You don’t look that bad yourself,” Lori said.

“Um these are for you. They uh ran out of roses at the florist so I got you tulips instead,” Wade said handing her, the flowers.

“Awe. Thank you. They’re beautiful,” Lori said. “Let me just put these in water.” Lori put the flowers in water and grabbed her purse and said goodbye to her friends and left with Wade. “So where are we going?” Lori asked as they were in the car.

“Well don’t expect anything fancy. We’re just going to White Lotus. It’s a club,” Wade explained.

“Isn’t that the most famous and exclusive club not to mention expensive club in L.A.?” Lori asked.

“Wow. I’ve never been there. I’m not sure if I’m even allowed in if I’m not some high status celebrity or rich person,” Lori said excitedly.

“Well since you’re dating a celebrity, you’ll get in,” Wade [arse]ured. They arrived at the club and Wade gave the car to the jockey to park. The, he and Lori went inside the club. They got a table and sat down near the dance floor. The music was not that loud. “Sorry I couldn’t get a VIP room,” Wade said.

“Oh that’s ok. This is just fine besides the music isn’t that loud,” Lori said. The waiter came and took their food orders and left. They both had ordered drinks first.

“So what can you tell me about you?” Wade said.

“Well um…” Lori began talking about her childhood and where she grew up and her high school years. She continued after their food came and talked while they ate. “…And that’s all so far. Now enough about me, I want to hear some stuff about you.”

“Ok…” Wade then started talking about his childhood, dance experiences and how he got to choreograph for various musicians and other stuff concerning him.

“Wow that’s amazing,” Lori said as she took another bite of her meal. “So what do you like to do besides dancing?”

“Well I like to go to clubs, go to movies and listen to music. I like to play basketball and mostly water sports and bowling.”

“You like bowling?”

“Of course. I love to bowl. It’s fun!”

“I love to bowl too!”

“Really? Maybe on our 2nd date, we could go bowling,” Wade said with a smile.

“Yeah.” They finished their meal and were well digested. Then the DJ played “Happy People” by R.Kelly. Then Wade stood up.

“Would you like to dance?” he asked Lori.

“I would love to.” Wade took her hand and they got on the dance floor and started dancing. They continued dancing to all the fast songs. Wade was amazed on the way Lori moved. She had a lot of energy.

“Why don’t you have this much energy during rehearsals?” he asked her.

“Cause I feel more comfortable here,” Lori replied. They continued on dancing.

“Ok now we’re gonna slow things down a bit. Here’s Lloyd feat. Ashanti with ‘Southside’,â⠬ the DJ announced. Then he played ‘Southside’. Wade and Lori stopped for a moment.

“Do you still wanna dance?” Wade asked.

“Sure.” Then they began slow dancing. Lori felt very comfortable in Wade’s arm. He had a nice warmth. They continued on dancing at the club till 3 o’clock in the morning and left for Lori’s apartment. “I had a really good time, Wade,” Lori once they reached the door of her apartment.

“I’m glad you did. So did I,” said Wade.

“Thank you.”

“Your welcome.” Wade leaned over towards her but Lori stopped him.

“Sorry Wade but I don’t kiss on 1st dates,” Lori said with a smile. Then she kissed him on the cheek.

“Oh ok,” Wade said a bit disappointed.

“Well good night,” Lori said.

“Good night and sweet dreams,” Wade said.

“You too.” Then they went their separate ways.

Chapter 7

~ Saturday Night at Lindsey’s Apartment ~

Now it was Lindsey’s turn to go out on a date with Justin. Unfortunately, only Iyleen was able to help her out with getting ready. Both Lori and Connie had family business to attend to and Lindsey understood. So Lindsey was sitting by her make-up table while Iyleen did her hair in curls.

“So are you nervous?” Iyleen asked.

“A little bit,” Lindsey said.

“So where is Justin taking you?”

“Well he wouldn’t say. But he said it’s formal.”

“Ahh! I see.” Iyleen finished doing her hair. Then he did her make-up. After that, Lindsey went to her closet and brought out 3 dresses. The 1st one was a red dress. It was sleeveless and low cut above the knee and chest and it was sequined. The 2nd one was a sleeveless silver sequined dress. It was slightly below the knee. In addition, it had leopard spots on it. The 3rd one was a long black sleeveless dress along with a shawl with grey clouds all over.

“So which one should I choose?” Lindsey asked.

“Um why not you model them out for me?” Iyleen suggested.

“Ok.” So Lindsey modeled each dress for Iyleen. “So?” Lindsey asked when she finished modeling all 3 dresses.

“I’ll have to go with the silver. The red is too ravishing and the black is too old.”

“I couldn’t agree more,” Lindsey said. She put on the dress and Iyleen did her make-up. Later Iyleen wished Lindsey luck on her date and went home. A few minutes later, the doorbell rang. Lindsey took a deep breath and opened the door. On the other side was a whole other side of Justin Jeffre. He had shaved his mustache and beard. He was wearing a white dress shirt tucked in. He was also wearing a pair of black dress pants and silver vest. In addition, he was holding a large bouquet of red roses. Lindsey was shocked. She was amazed at his huge transformation. Justin was drawn by her beauty.

“Um hi there. You look gorgeous,” Justin said. Lindsey smiled.

“Thank you,” Lindsey said. “You look distinguished.”

“These are for you,” Justin said handing her, the roses.

“Awe. Thank you. These are beautiful,” Lindsey said. “I’ll just put these in water and get my purse.” She put the roses in water and got her purse and shut her door and locked it. Then, she and Justin went downstairs and into his car. “So where are we going?” Lindsey asked once they were in the car.

“It’s a surprise,” Justin said with a mysterious grin. Lindsey gazed at him suspiciously. “It’s my favorite restaurant actually. Do you like Italian?”

“I love Italian food!”

“Great! Then you’ll like this restaurant.” They soon arrived at L.A.’s finest Italian restaurant, Cibo. Justin handed his keys to the valet parker and he and Lindsey went inside the restaurant. “Jeffre reservations,” Justin said to the host.

“Right this way sir,” the host said leading them upstairs to the outdoor balcony. He brought them to a candle lit dinner table for 2 under the stairs and surrounded by the lights of L.A. Lindsey was in awe.

“Wow,” she said in amazement. They sat down and looked over the menus. “This place looks wonderful and romantic. It’s very intimate.”

“Yeah. That’s hwy I like this place so much. Service is great and the food’s awesome.” The waiter had both given them a gl[arse] of wine and took their orders.

“So I noticed that you have shaved your goatee and mustache.”

“Yes I have. Nick and Drew insisted on it,” Justin said.

“I see. Can I ask a question?”

“Sure.”

“How come unlike your band mates, you don’t have a tattoo?” Justin sighed.

“Well…the truth is…I’m afraid of needles,” Justin said feeling his face turn red.

“You are!”

“Yeah…you probably think I’m a big baby.”

“No not really. I know some guys that are afraid of needles but they don’t really admit it.”

“Really?”

“Yeah.”

“Well promise me, you won’t tell the other guys.”

“I promise.” Then their appetizers came. Lindsey had ordered minestrone soup and Justin had ordered a bowl of mussels. They continued talk as they ate.

“So um just out of curiosity, why don’t you take your shirt off like the other guys?”

“Well…itâ€⠄¢s because I have some hair on my body. Also I don’t shave like the other guys.”

“Why not?”

“Because I just don’t.”

“I see. Well that’s cool to me because it makes you stand out as an individual.”

“Really?” Justin asked making a small smile.

“Yeah.” They finished their appetizers and continued on eating their main courses. Lindsey ordered Gnocchi and Justin ordered a steak.

“Well my own individual has been overshadowed by the other guys. I’m not really the most popular member of 98 degrees.”

“What makes you think that?”

“Isn’t it obvious? I’m not the best looking guy in the group.”

“I see. Well looks don’t matter to me. I like a guy with a great sense of humor and a fun personality.”

“Really?”

“Yeah. A guy who’s laid back and caring and a gentlemen.”

“Wow. That almost described me,” Justin said.

“What a coincidence!”

“Well enough about me. I want to hear about you.”

“Well…” Lindsey started to tell Justin about her childhood, her school years and interests.

“Wow. That’s interesting,” Justin said. They finished their meal when a violin player came up to them.

“Excuse me, would you like some music?” the violinist asked. Justin looked at Lindsey and she just nodded.

“Sure but not too loud,” Justin said. The violinist nodded and started playing. Then Justin got up and walked over to Lindsey’s side. “May I have this dance?”

“I’d love to.” Lindsey got up and she and Justin started slow dancing. Lindsey was falling head over heels for Justin. She was so mesmerized by his personality, his sense of humor and everything that was inside of him. Justin was definitely falling in love with Lindsey. He was fascinated by both her beauty outside and inside. After dancing, they had dessert and stared into each other’s eyes. Later, Justin paid the bill and drove Lindsey home. “I had a really great time, Justin. Thank you.”

“Me too. Your welcome.”

“Would you like to come in for a cup of coffee?”

“Sure.” They walked into Lindsey’s apartment. Lindsey made some coffee while Justin made himself at home. They continued on talking till 1 o’clock in the morning. “Wow. It’s getting pretty late. I better get going,” Justin said getting up.

“Well thanks again for a lovely evening,” Lindsey walking him to the door.

“Your welcome. Uh Lindsey?”

“Yeah?”

“I know this is pretty fast but would you like to be my girlfriend?” Lindsey smiled.

“I’d love too.” Justin’s face beamed like the lights of Vegas. He then leaned towards Lindsey and sealed her with a kiss.

Chapter 8

In the end, Lori and Wade decided remain friends for now. They did not want to move too quickly. Justin and Lindsey's love on other hand, blossomed quickly. They seemed to be so happy together and enjoyed each other's company. Iyleen, Lori, and Connie were very happy for her. The past few months, the girls worked hard in preparation for Nick's tour. Wade really pushed them in practicing routine after routine till it was up to perfection. It was pretty aggressive and tiresome for the girls but they never gave up. Danny, Drew, and now Justin were there for them all the way. Jessica remained cold towards them. One night, Iyleen had been invited to Iyleen's parents house for dinner. However, Iyleen had not informed her parents about her dance career. She was going to tell them during dinner. She felt nervous on how they would react so she brought Danny along.
"I don't know if I could this," Iyleen said as her and Danny walked up to the front door of her parents' house.
"Everything is gonna be fine," Danny [arse]ured her.
"But Danny, they might be disappointed in me and think I'm disgrace," Iyleen said worriedly.
"Don't worry. I'm here to back you up," Danny comforted her. Iyleen sighed.
"What would I do without you," she said forming a small smile. Danny grinned at her and kissed her and hugged her. They reached the front door and Iyleen pushed the doorbell. Her father, Mr. Ismail opened the door.
"Hello Iyleen, Danny," he greeted. For some reason,Mr. Ismail did not like Danny very much despite the fact that Danny was a total mama's boy. But he had grown to accept Danny.
"Hi daddy," Iyleen saluted hugging and kissing her father. Danny shook his hand. They walked in and were greeted by Mrs. Ismail.
"Hi sweetie," Mrs. Ismail greeted hugging her daughter.
"Hi mommy," Iyleen greeted.
"It's good to see you," Mrs. Ismail said. "You too Danny." They sat down in the living room while Mrs. Ismail went into the kitchen.
"So how is school?" Mr. Ismail asked.
"It's...ok," Iyleen trailed off.
"Good. Danny, you still doing drama?" Mr. Ismail asked.
"Yes, as a matter of a fact, I am," Danny said.
"What job do you think this is gonna get you?" Mr. Ismail asked.
"Well I hope to star on broadway or maybe a drama teacher or direct/star in a few professional shows. Maybe get a break on SNL," Danny said. Mr. Ismail laughed.
"Foolish boy, you actually think you could make it?" Mr. Ismail said.
"Yes," Danny said seriously looking at Iyleen.
"Oh well I'm glad you did not influence my daughter on such silly dream," Mr. Ismail said smiling at Iyleen. Iyleen just staree at her feet.
"Well dinner is ready," Mrs. Ismail announced coming out of the kitchen. they then moved themselves to the dining room and sat down and ate dinner. Iyleen, then, decided to tell her parents about her dancing. She took a deep breath and held Danny's hand tightly.
"Mom, dad, there's something I have to tell you," Iyleen said anxiously.
"What is it dear?" Mrs. Ismail asked.
"A few months ago I went out for an audition to be a back-up dancer for Nick Lahcye's tour and I made it. I'll be going on tour this summer as a dancer," Iyleen said slowly. The Ismails dropped their forks and stared at Iyleen expressionless. There was silence.
"Is this temporary?" Mr. Ismail asked calmly breaking the silence.
"Well not exactly. During the tour I hope to be discovered and be able to choreograph for other singers. Or even, get accepted to a performing arts school and be a choreographer and opening up a dance studio, and....drop out of college," Iyleen said who was afraid for the possible.
"You mean to say that you will be going out from road house to road house prancing around in a skimpy outfit for all the world to see?" Mr. Ismail siad angrily.
"Well..."
"And you went to an audition without us knowing?" he asked enraged.
"Now you're gonna drop out of college to become a dancer?" Mrs. Ismail added.
"Do you know how much money we put into your college tuition?"
"Well this job pays me really well. I'll pay you back," Iyleen said.
"What pride and honor can that give you?"
"Well the fact that she'd be rich and famous and successful," Danny said standing up for his girl.
"You probably did influence her on this," Mr. Ismail said acussingly towards Danny.
"As a matter of a fact, I did," Danny said.
"Iyleen, how could you disappoint us by doing this audition. You put us to shame. You also put us to shame by dating someone like Danny," Mr. Ismail said in an enraged voice. Iyleen soon broke into tears and could not take it anymore. She walked out the door. Danny was very irritated.
"You don't know what your daughter has gone through," Danny said. "She has spent most of her life, trying to please you guys. She even had to give up dancing, her p[arse]ion, for you guys. You know why? It's because she loves you. You don't understand how talented she is. She has an amazing gift of dancing. You got to accept that and be proud of her. You should accept that she is different from you. You know what. She doesn't deserve parents like you." Danny stood up and left the house without saying good bye. He found Iyleen leaning against his car crying. He immediately walked up to her. Her eyes were red and blotchy. He put his arms around her and held her tightly.
"Shh..."
"Danny, I shouldn't have done that audition. Now they ate me!"
"It's not your fault," Danny soothed.
"Yes it is. You heard what they said," she sobbed. "Now they disown me and I put them to shame." Danny wiped her tears.
"I don't believe them. It is their fault, not yours. Every person is unique and different and their own individual. You are certainly not your parents or your cousins. You are different from them. You're the talented one with such grace and eloquence when you light up the stage. No one else can do it like you. That what makes special," Danny said with an encouraging voice.
"You're just saying that to make me feel better."
"Well yes but it's the truth. You're a star. I know because I've watched you perform all those years. You have an amazing gift. Don't loose it. Besides school is something you could go back to. An opportunity like this is once in a lifetime. How would you feel if you didn't audition?" Iyleen thought for a moment. She, then, realized Danny was right. She also realized if she didn't audition, she would've regretted it.
"I would regret it totally," she said finally. "You're right." She hugged him.
"Yeah besides parents are supposed to be supportive of their kids of whatever they do right?"
"Right," Iyleen smiled weakly.
"Besides you got me," Danny pointed out. "And you got your girls and Drew."
"Yeah," She smiled. "I love you."
"I love you too," Danny said. They kissed. "Come on lets go home." She nodded and they got into his car and drove off.

Chapter 9

The next day, Iyleen and Danny drove to Centerstaging Studios like any other day.
"Are you gonna be ok?" Danny asked.
"Yeah," she responded. He parked the car. They got out and walked to the studio. Danny held Iyleen's hand tightly. When he got in, they saw Lori and Connie stretching. They both gave a wave and Danny and Iyleen waved back.
"Go and rip that dance floor apart," Danny said with an encouraging smile. Iyleen smiled.
"Ok."
"That's my girl." He hugged her and kissed her p[arse]ionately which disgusted both Connie and Lori. Then Danny left. Iyleen walked over to her friends and began stretching.
"Hey princess. How are you?" Despite the fact that Iyleen was only 2 years younger than Connie and Lori, they still treated her as if she was their little sister.
"I'm doing alright." Lori and Connie stared her when they heard her tone. They've known her for a long time and knew something was wrong.
"Iyleen, what's wrong? We've known you for a long time. We know there is something wrong," Lori said.
"Besides you can tell us anything. We're still your friends even though we haven't seen each other in a while," Connie added. Then Lindsey and Justin walked in along with Nick and Jessica and Cacee and Wade.
"I'll tell you later," Iyleen said.
"Ok. We sure don't want the vulture to hear," Lori joked. The girls laughed. Lindsey and Nick and Wade joined them and stretched.
"How do they stretch?" Jessica said observing the dancers.
"Well they've been dancing for many years so they're pretty flexible," Cacee said.
"I danced for a long time and I'm not as flexible as them," Jessica commented.
"Well country dancing doesn't exactly require a lot of stretching," Cacee joked.
"Be quiet!"
"Hey it's true," Cacee pointed out. "Maybe you should try to get to know them and talk to them," Cacee suggested. "Maybe they aren't as bad as their boyfriends."
"Yeah. Nick suggested that too. I will try to talk to them during the tour."
"Ok." After 2 hours of dancing, they took a break. The girls sat in a corner.
"So what's up?" Connie asked.
"I had a fight with my parents," Iyleen explained.
"Oh Iyleen. I'm sorry. I'm sure they'll forgive you," Lori said.
"It was because I told them I auditioned for the tour and that I might drop out of college and stuff." Iyleen explained the whole even last night. All 3 girls listened without interruption."...So now they basically kicked me out of the family," Iyleen explained. She began to let a few tears fall down her face. All 3 girls were shocked and sad for Iyleen. They each immediately gave her a warm hug.
"It's not your fault, Iyleen. It's just your parents wanted to mold you into something you are not,"Lori said. "They'll come around."
"What if they don't?" Iyleen asked doubtfully.
"They will once you own a big mansion in Malibu," Lindsey said. Iyleen smiled and laughed.
"You girls are the greatest," Iyleen said.
"We know. We got your back," Connie said putting an arm around her friend. Pretty soon, they got up and continued on practicing. Two months later, they went on tour with Nick. so far the tour was a huge success and the girls enjoyed every momentonstage. Jessica, of course, tagged along and still remained crude towards the girls. But the girls didn't care. The boys, however, didn't follow them. Drew had to run a soccer camp and Danny had a part in the play that he auditioned for. The tour turned out to be pretty hectic fo rthe girls, traveling from city to city and eating junk food and living out of a suitcase but they got used to it. One night, Iyleen and Connie had a talk on the bus that was traveling to the next city. The girls had a seperate bus from Nick which they enjoyed very much for it was like a huge sleepover. Lori and Lindsey were asleep.
"This tour has been so much fun so far," Connie commented. She was doing her nails.
"Yeah and performing in front of those large crowds were amazing and crazy," Iyleen said.
"Yeah."
"I miss Danny though."
"Awe. I miss Drew too."
"Do you think Danny would cheat on me while I'm gone? I mean we haven't ever been this far apart."
"Iyleen Ismail! Why on earth would you think that?"
"Well this is the first time we have been away from each other."
"That doesn't mean he'll cheat on you! Iyleen, Danny loves you to death. He cares a great deal about you and is very loyal. I've seen you guys together. You are the cutest couple I've ever seen."
"Yeah you're right."
"Maybe you should give him a call," Connie suggested.
"Yeah. I should." Iyleen got out her cell phone and called Danny.
"Hello?" Danny answered sleepily.
"Hey baby. It's me. Did I wake you?"
"Yeah but it's ok. I'd rather be woken by you than anybody else. So what's up?"
"Nothing much. We're on the bus right now heading towards Chicago."
"I see. So how are you?"
"I'm fine. I miss you like crazy though."
"I miss you too sweetie."
"Awe. How's the play?"
"It's doing great. How is the tour?"
"It's fun and tiring. I'm having a blast performing on stage in front of a large crowd."
"Good. I'm glad."
"I wish you were here."
"Me too. I'll try to find time to fly out to whatever city you're performing in."
"Ok. and when I'm in LA, I'll try to catch your show."
"Alright."
"Well I'll let you go to sleep now ok?"
"Ok. Bye sweetie."
"Bye Danny." They hung up.
"Do you feel better now?"
"Yeah. I still miss him though.
"Awe. Don't worry. This tour will be over before you know it." They then began making small talk and later changed the subject to Jessica."You know maybe we should try to get to know her better."
"Yeah. But she's always crude and cold towards us. She gives us all these mean stares. She is nothing like what we see on 'Newlyweds'."
"True. That's because she thinks we want her husband which is not true. She should at least try and get to know us."
"Yeah. I envy her though for what she has."
"Why? Iyleen, you have Danny who loves you more than anything in the world. Just like Nick loves Jessica. and soon after this, you'll be living in the fan and fortune."
"It's not that Connie. It's the fact that her parents are willing to give up what they had and make sacrifices for their daughter and support her in what she does. I wish I had parents like that."
"Oh I see. Well I'm sure your parents will eventually forgive you." Iyleen sighed.
"I hope so too."

Chapter 10
Connie and Lori were coming back from a nearby Jamba Juice when they saw a man trying to get p[arse]ed security to get into the arena.
"Hey that guy looks very familiar," Connie commented as they came close. Lori looked closely and realized it was Danny.
"I think it's Danny," Lori said.
"Oh yeah it is," Connie said recognizing him. "Is that you Mr.Daniel November?" Danny turned around and was relieved to see someone who finally recognized him.
"Yes it is. That's what I've been trying to tell this guy but he doesn't believe me," Danny said referring to the security guard.
"It's alright Sime. He's with us," Lori [arse]ured the security guard. The security guard then nodded. The girls and Danny walked p[arse]ed him.
"Who does that man think he is? Doesn't he recognize me?" Danny said in an annoyed manner. Both girls laughed.
"Danny, he's only doing his job. He won't let anyone p[arse]s unless they have a backstage p[arse]," Connie said showing him her p[arse] that was around her neck.
"But doesn't he know that I am the boyfriend of one of the hottest dancers of Nick Lachey's tour," Danny said pretending to be insulted.
"Danny, there are a lot of people that comes in and out of here. He can't remember all of them. That's why we need a backstage p[arse]," Lori explained.
"Yeah I guess you are right. But once I'm a famous actor, I will be able to walk p[arse] without security." Both Connie and Lori giggled and wondered how their friend ended up with a funny and crazy person like Danny November. Meanwhile, Iyleen was practicing a dance routine onstage when Nick walked in. Iyleen didn't notice for she was in deep concentration. Nick watched her for a moment. 'She really was gifted and talented,' he thought. Once the music ended, Iyleen did a pose. Nick then applauded. Iyleen immediately got out of her little world and noticed somebody had been watching her. Her face turned light pink when she saw Nick coming towards her.
"You were amazing," Nick complimented.
"Thank you," Iyleen said still blushing." I didn't realize anyone was around."
"Your welcome," Nick said with a smile. "I just walked in. I guess your boyfriend is right. You really are a talented dancer."
"Thank you.Yeah. He considers himself my #1 fan as I am for his acting. We're very supportive of each other," Iyleen said smiling as she thought of Danny. She picked up her water bottle from the floor and took a sip.
"That's good," Nick said since both he and Jessica are both very supportive of each other's careers.
"Hey um I came up with a new dance routine for 'It's Alright'. You want me to teach you?"
"Sure," Nick responded happily. They got up and Iyleen began teaching Nick, the routine. They began to get really into it and adding some more moves. Just then, Jessica walked in and was shocked to see what was happening. Iyleen's body was practically all over Nick's. Jessica's mouth dropped to the floor. She immediately went over to the stereo and stopped the music. Nick and Iyleen then stopped dancing. They saw Jessica's angry face.
"So the rumors are true. You really want my husband," Jessica spat at Iyleen.
"Jess, she was just showing me a new routine," Nick said covering for Iyleen.
"Nick, it's ok. You don't have to cover for me," Iyleen said. Then she turned to Jessica. "Look you! I'm very happy with the relationship I have now with Danny. I love him to death. I would never cheat on him. Obviously you are so stubborn and naive not to realize that. You should get to know me better before you make thse false accussations. In fact, you should at least try to get to know me and my friends better. Instead you have done nothing but acted crude and cold towards us. You know I thought, you were a sweet and down to earth girl like I see you on Newlyweds. But I guess I was wrong. We have done nothing to hurt you intentionally. All we wanted was a chance of fame and fortune. I just wanted to pursure my dream of being onstage as a dancer and a performer. I'm sure you knew what that was like. That's why I auditioned." Lori and Connie and Danny walked in as Iyleen continued ranting on Jessica. "Look you don't know how lucky you really are." Tears began to trickle down her face. "You have parents that support you in whatever it is you do. They are willing to sacrifice everything they have so you could pursue your singing career. In my case, I am not as lucky as you are. My parents would never do that. They would only support me if I get a job at some business company. Obviously you don't know how that feels." Then Iyleen walked out of the room. Lori and Connie ran after her once she was out of the room. Danny was enraged.
"What the hell did you say to her?" Danny asked her angrily. Jessica was speechless.
"I...I...I saw her dancing around Nick and I thought she was making a move on him," Jessica said.
"You know what you are really narrow minded. You should have at least gotten to know her. All she wants is to get a career of a lifetime. She ain't as lucky as you are. Her parents think dancing is a form of disgrace and dishonor because of that, they basically kicked her out of the family. She's been having a rought time since that. If it weren't for me or this opportunity. I don't know how she'd be right now. Obviously you were not aware of this cause you didn't give her a chance to get to know her better," Danny said disgustedly. Then he ran off to find Iyleen. Jessica was surprised and couldn't beleive what just happened..
"Oh my god! I feel so bad!" Jessica said feeling horrible.
"I think you owe her an apology," Nick said. Jessica nodded. They found Iyleen and the others in her and Lindsey's dressing room. Iyleen was surrounded by Danny and Connie and Lori. "Um Iyleen, Jessica has something to say to you." They all looked up. Jessica sighed.
"I'm very sorry on how I acted towards...all of you during this whole tour. I was so insecure and sensitive about you guys making a move on Nick. I should ahve at least gotten to know you better. I am really sorry. I mean it. I really do. Will you please forgive me?" The girls looked at each other and thought for a moment. Then Iyleen came towards her.
"We forgive you," Iyleen said finally. Jessica smiled a big smile for the very first time towards the girls. She immediately flung herself towards Iyleen and gave her a warm hug.

Yay! Spring break is finally here. That means I can update more often. Anyways here are the last 2 chapters of Never Had A Dream Come True.

Chapter 11

Since then, Jessica and the dancers became the best of friends. They found out that they had a lot in common. Each day they became closer and closer. Jessica couldn’t believe that Iyleen’s parents did not support her in her dancing and kicked her out of the family. She, like Danny, felt that parents should support their kids no matter what they do in life. She also was grateful that her parents sacrificed almost everything for her to pursuer her singing career. One night, Iyleen and Lindsey were getting ready for their show in Las Vegas when Iyleen’s cell phone rang.
“Hello?” Iyleen answered.
“Hello Iyleen. This is Mrs. November.” Her voice sounded distraught.
“Oh hi Mrs. November. What’s up?”
“Something terrible has happened.” Iyleen immediately got worried for she feared that something bad happened to Danny.
“What happened?” She asked nervously.
“Danny had been in a car accident.”
“Omg! Is he alright?” Iyleen panicked.
“He is in a coma right now. He is badly injured. There are so many cuts and bruises. The doctor says there are small chances of him waking up.”
“Alright. I’ll try to catch a flight to Los Angeles as soon as possible.”
“Ok. See you soon.” They hung up.
“What happened?” Lindsey asked her worried friend.
“Danny was in a car accident,” Iyleen explained.
“Omg! Is he ok?” Lindsey asked urgently.
“He’s in coma right now.”
“That’s really horrible,” Lindsey said sadly.
“Yeah I’m gonna try and catch a flight now!” Lindsey said.
“But what about the show?” Iyleen protested.
“Forget the show. Your boyfriend is in the hospital. You have to be there for him. I am sure we can manage the show without you.”
“What’s going on?” Lori asked as she and Connie walked in.
“Danny’s in the hospital,” Iyleen explained.
“Omg! What happened?” Lori asked alarmingly. Danny had been like a brother to her.
“He was in a car accident,” Iyleen said.
“Is he ok?” Connie asked worriedly.
“He is in a coma right now,” Iyleen said.
“Omg! Iyleen, you have to catch a flight to LA now!” Lori exclaimed. Iyleen nodded knowing her friends were right. The girls walked out of the room to where Nick, Jessica, and his manager, Larry were.
“I can’t do the show tonight!” Iyleen said.
“Why?” Nick and Larry asked in unison surprised.
“I just found out that Danny is in the hospital and he’s in a coma,” Iyleen said with tears in her yes.
“Iyleen, we need you to perform. We can’t do it without you,” Larry said. “You can go after the show.”
“Please. I really need to be with him,” Iyleen begged.
“Larry, I think you should let her go,” Nick said. “We can do the show without her.”
“We’ll need to find a replacement,” Larry sighed.
“Where are we gonna find a replacement?” Nick asked.
“I’ll do it!” Jessica replied to everyone’s surprised.
“What?” Nick asked not believing his ears.
“I’ll take her place. It’s the least I could do for being so mean to you,” Jessica said to Iyleen.
“Thanks Jessica,” Iyleen said hugging her new found friend.
“Jessica, are you sure you can do this? I mean, do you know all the routines?” Nick questioned still now believing what his wife just said.
“Of course. I’ve been very observant of your rehearsals and I’m sure I can add my southern flavor,” Jessica said with a wink. Everyone laughed.
“Well then it’s settled. Jessica, you must hurry now. The show is about to go on.” So Iyleen quickly changed into some comfortable clothing while Jessica changed into Iyleen’s costumes. Everyone then bid Iyleen good and a sent prayers for Danny and his family. Iyleen soon managed to catch a flight to LA and immediately took a tax to the hospital. She ran to the waiting room to find Danny’s parents in tears. They looked up surprisingly to see Iyleen.
“Iyleen, what are you doing here? Aren’t you supposed to be performing in Las Vegas?” Mr. November asked.
“Yeah but I knew I had to be here for Danny,” Iyleen said hugging the two of them.
“Well we’re glad you are here,” said Mrs. November. Iyleen sat down.
“Has there been any progress Danny’s condition?” Iyleen asked. The Novembers shook their heads.
“Very little. He hasn’t woken up yet,” Mrs. November said sadly. “All we can do is hope that he’d be alright.” Iyleen nodded with tears streaming down her face. She got up and looked out the window. It was pouring hard outside. Iyleen sat down and hoped her boyfriend would be ok. Dr. Maddaford came out minutes later.
“Doctor, how is my son?” Mr. November asked anxiously.
“He still hasn’t woken up. But you may see him,” Dr. Maddaford permitted. The three of them advanced to Danny’s room. Iyleen wept once she saw Danny hooked up to all these machines. He had cuts and bruises everywhere. Iyleen immediately grabbed his hand and held it towards her face. Danny’s parents stood on the other side of the bed.
“Danny, I’m right here sweetheart. I came as soon as I could. Please wake up. I need you here. I don’t know what I’ll do without you. You’re my rock of strength. You’re my sun, my earth, my star, my knight in shining armor, my…everything.” Iyleen broke down and cried. Later Danny’s parents went home. Iyleen stayed not wanting to leave Danny’s side. She was sitting by the window when she heard the door open. She saw her friends including Nick and Jessica coming in. She immediately ran into their arms and cried all over again.
“Shh..it’s ok. Everything is gonna be alright,” Connie comforted her friend.
“Connie, what if he doesn’t wake-up?”
“He will. Don’t worry.”
“Has he made any progress?” Drew asked.
“Very little,” Iyleen answered.
“That must’ve been one horrifying accident,” Lori said staring at Danny.
“I just hope he’ll be ok,” Iyleen said. She sat down on a chair. Jessica sat down next to her and took her hand.
“When I was 17, my cousin, Sarah had been in a car accident caused by a drunk driver. She was in the same condition as Danny right now. I was with her in the hospital so I know what you’re going through,” Jessica said.
“So what held you through?”
“Praying. I remember my daddy telling me that God’s business is human business. There is no use in praying if you worry too much and there is no use in worrying if you pray. So all you need to do is pray to God so he could nurse Danny back to life.” Iyleen nodded.
“Thank you,” she said hugging Jessica.
“Your welcome.”
“So how was the show?”
“It went really well. Jessica surprised us all with her moves. She was amazing,” Nick said smiling at his wife.
“Oh that’s good. Thanks for taking my place,” Iyleen said.
“No problem.” Then, all of a sudden, two familiar faces walked in. Iyleen immediately recognized her parents.
“What are you doing here?” Iyleen asked coldly.
“Well that’s rather cold to greet your parents after you haven’t seen them for a long time,” Mrs. Ismail commented.
“Oh I thought you guys kicked me out of the family,” Iyleen said sarcastically.
“Iyleen, we don’t need to talk about this right now,” Mr. Ismail said. “We heard about Danny’s accident and we wanted to see him.”
“Oh after you thought he is a bad influence on me, you want to see him again and scold him for his bad influences on me,” Iyleen said. “I don’t think he could ever take that anymore and neither can I.” Iyleen looked around the room seeing her friends still around. “Oh excuse me guys for my rudeness. But Nick, Jessica these are my parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ismail,” Iyleen introduced still acting cold towards her parents. Nick, then, got up and shook Mr. Ismail’s hand.
“It’s nice to meet you. Your daughter is the most talented dancer I have ever had on my tour,” Nick said.
“Yeah. I don’t think I could ever see her in corporate organization. She belongs to the stage,” Jessica added. The Ismails just nodded acting as if they knew. Iyleen just rolled her eyes.
“Look can we talk outside,” Iyleen said. “I don’t want the doctor to kick me out.” Her parents nodded and they walked out with Iyleen. Connie gave Iyleen an encouraging smile. “ You know what I’m tired of this. All my life I have been trying to please you. I got straight A’s. I did not smoke or drink. I was a good student. I was well-rounded like you wanted me to. I did all these things because that what you wanted me to do. I thought in order to gain your love was to accomplish everything you expected an ideal daughter would accomplish. But after that night, I realized it wasn’t worth it. To become some successful psychologist was not what I wanted. I really want to become a performer. That’s my drive, my p[arse]ion. It’s what I truly love. Danny helped me realize that dream after showing me the flier. If you guys can’t accept that then I’ll never speak to you again, let alone have you apart of my life,” Iyleen belted out. Her parents stared at her for a moment.
“That’s why we came here to apologize. We heard about Danny’s condition and we immediately drove here to apologize for him. We also hoped that you’d be here so we could mend our relationship with you,” Mr. Ismail said.
“Huh?” Iyleen asked not believing her ears.
“We’re sorry sweetie. We saw how dedicated you were to dancing and how happy you were. We also saw you on TV and you can really wow a crowd. You just seem to light up the stage. I guess it made us realize our own dreams and how much our own parents influenced us to go in the other direction,” Mr. Ismail said.
“We could never do that to you, Iyleen. We don’t want you to suffer what your cousins have suffered. We also want you to have what we couldn’t have. We are very proud of you. Will you forgive us?” Iyleen stared at them and pondered. “We really mean it.” Iyleen sighed and smiled.
“I forgive you.” Her parents smiled and gave their daughter a warm hug.
“We’re willing to mend our relationship with you. “We’re not going to pressure you to anything. Instead we’re going to support you and love you like every parent should,” Mrs. Ismail said stroking her daughter’s face.
“Besides no parent should disown their child, they should love and accept them for who they are. Let’s make up for those horrible years,” Mr. Ismail said stroking his daughter’s hair.
“Ok.” Then she gave another hug to both of her parents. All of a sudden, Connie ran out.
“Iyleen! Danny woke up!” Iyleen immediately ran towards Danny’s room and saw a very much alive yet weak smiling Danny. Iyleen ran past her friends and wrapped her arms around Danny.
“I’m so happy you’re alive! I thought I was going lose you,” Iyleen said crying happy tears.
“Well you thought wrong,” Danny said.
“I love you Danny.”
“I love you too Iyleen. They kissed. Danny’s eyes widened when he saw her parents. “What are they doing here?” Danny asked pointing at her parents.
It’s ok, Danny. They have come to apologize about the way they acted towards you. They already apologized to me and are willing to support me in every way.”
“Really?”
“Yes, Danny.”
“Well it’s about time.”

Chapter 12
Soon Danny’s health got better and his condition improved tremendously. It was enough to convince Iyleen to go back on tour with everyone else. Danny was packing his stuff on the day he was allowed to leave the hospital when Mr. Ismail walked in.
“Hello Danny,” he greeted.
“Hi,” Danny replied. He picked up his walking stick. His left leg was still weak and painful, which required him to have a walking stick.
“So glad to be out of this hospital?” he asked.
“Yeah,” Danny sighed. He closed his suitcase. “I came here to give you a more formal apology.”
“You don’t really need to.”
“Well I want to. I’m sorry I have misjudged you.”
“I forgive you,” Danny said. “You know I always thought you hated me because I am one of those player boys who can’t be trusted. So I tried my best and proving to you that I am not like that. I wanted to prove to you that I am a total mama’s boy and would never cheat on your daughter. But after that night, I realized it was because of the fact I’m an actor and I might have an influence on her.
“Yeah and I apologize for that.”
“Yeah well I’m glad it ended happily and you guys realize your daughter’s talent.” Mr. Ismail nodded. “Can I ask you something?”
“Sure.”
“I love your daughter with all my heart. She’s my soul mate…she’s my everything. She is my life and world. I respect her and continually will. She is the best thing that happened to me. I don’t think I could ever imagine my life without her. May I have her hand in marriage?” Danny asked with pleading eyes and his hands were joined together as if he was praying. Mr. Ismail stared at him for a while. Danny’s heart pounded. He was anxious and hoped Mr. Ismail won’t reject it. A minute later, Mr. Ismail smiled.
“You have my blessing,” he said. Danny leaped into joy. He gave his future father-in-law a big hug and shook his hand.
“Thank you so much. I promise I’ll take good care of her.”
“You better!” Mr. Ismail chuckled. “Come on. Let’s get out of this hospital and find my daughter the best engagement ring.”
“Does this mean you’ll pay for it?” Mr. Ismail laughed.
“Of course not!” They got out of the hospital and immediately drove to the jewelry shop and Danny made a very expensive purchase. A few weeks later, Danny had driven to San Diego, California where the last show was held. It was also on the day of Iyleen’s birthday and he wanted to surprise her. He managed to disguise himself in a baseball cap and sungl[arse]es. Fortunately he had a p[arse] this time so he got through security. He managed to catch a glimpse of Iyleen at the concession stand. He saw Lindsey walking up to her.
“How’s the birthday girl feeling?” Lindsey asked hugging her friend. Iyleen sighed.
“A bit sad.”
“Awe. Why?”
“I don’t know. It doesn’t really feel special. Besides Danny is not here. It just feels like an ordinary day.”
“Awe. Well why not after the show, we all go out and party and paint the town red,” Lindsey suggested. Iyleen smiled.
“Ok.” Lindsey put an arm around her friend as they walked back to their dressing room.
“Don’t worry sweetheart, I’ll make your day will be one of the best days ever,” Danny said silently. He then went to Connie and Lori’s dressing room and knocked on the door.
“Who is it?” Lori answered.
“It’s Danny,” Danny replied quietly. Lori immediately opened the door and Danny walked in.
“Danny! You’re here!” Connie cried hugging him.
“Does Iyleen know you’re here?”
“Nope,” Danny grinned. “I came to surprise her.”
“Awe! That’s so sweet!” Connie sighed.
“Yeah and I got her this,” Danny said taking out a red velvet box and openend and showed a 2 karat princess pear shape diamond ring. Connie and Lori’s mouth dropped.
“You’re†¦You’re gonna propose?” Lori stuttered. Danny nodded happily.
“Oh my god!” Connie gasped.
“Well it’s a definite Iyleen will say yes. She is so lucky to have someone like you!” Lori said.
“Yeah and I have a plan of proposing.” Lori and Connie and Danny went to Nick’s dressing room. Both Nick and Jessica were thrilled to see Danny and they were happy to hear about him proposing. They also were willing to go along with the plan. 2 hours later, Nick was ending the show with the girls dancing to ‘Shut Up.’ As the dancers headed off the stage, Nick grabbed Iyleen’s hand.
“Hey there girl. Where are you going?” He asked.
“Um to change my clothes,” Iyleen said wondering why Nick was holding her back.
“Well I want to introduce you to my fans.” He dragged Iyleen back to the stage. “My fans, this is Iyleen Ismail. She is one of the most talented dancers I’ve ever known. She has a great personality.” Iyleen was practically blushing. “And today is her birthday so I want everyone to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to her.” Then Nick got the whole crowd to sing ‘Happy Birthday to Iyleen.’ Iyleen felt so loved and warm-hearted. Once they finished, Nick said “You know a birthday isn’t complete without candles on a cake so we got you a cake.” Connie and Lori and Lindsey and Jessica came out with a large cheese cake with the number 21. Iyleen’s mouth dropped.
“Now blow out the candles,” Nick said. “And make a wish.” Iyleen closed her eyes and made a wish and blew out the candles. “Well I’m sure your wish came true. We have another surprise for you. Come out Danny November!” Danny slowly walked out. Iyleen’s eyes lit up. She immediately ran to Danny and hugged him. “You can have the mike now, Danny.”
“Hi everyone. I am Danny November. I’m Iyleen’s boyfriend. I am also an uprising actor. But that doesn’t matter. What matter is my love for this beautiful talented dancer right here.” He turned to Iyleen. “Iyleen, you are the most beautiful girl in the whole universe. You’re sweet, down to earth, funny, hard-working. You make me a better person. I love you more than life itself. I can’t imagine life without you. You practically are my life.” He got down on one knee and took out the box from his pocket. Iyleen’s heart was beating fast. He opened it and she was in awe when she saw the ring. “Will you marry me?” The crowd kept cheering to say yes.
“Yes!” Danny’s heart leaped into joy once again. He carefully put the ring on her finger and kissed her p[arse]ionately.
“I love you,” he whispered.
“I love you too,” she whispered back. The crowd were in awe.
“As you girls can see, it’s possible to find you Prince Charming. You just have to be patient. I have already found mine,” Jessica said looking at Nick with a smile. Soon after the show, the whole crew went to a club and celebrated Iyleen’s birthday and her engagement to Danny. After the tour ended, Iyleen and Danny planned their wedding. Nick and Jessica were great advisors on planning the wedding. On May 11th 2005, Iyleen and Danny were married. It was a pretty extravagant wedding. The wedding was Iyleen’s fairy tale dream. It was held on a hill side flat cliff on the shores of Palos Verdes, California. It was the hometown of both Danny and Iyleen. It was her dream to have the wedding near the ocean. Connie was the maid of honor for Iyleen and Connie were close like sisters. Drew was the best man. Nick and Jessica were a big part of the wedding. Jessica was one of the bridesmaids along with Lori and Lindsey. Nick was a groomsman along with Danny’s friends, Zack and Sime. They also sang “You’re A Love Song” for Iyleen and Danny’s first dance. Jessica also performed “You Don’t Have to Let Go” when Iyleen and Mr. Ismail did their dance. After the wedding was over, Iyleen and Danny honeymooned in Europe. When they returned, Iyleen began getting a lot of offers from artists to choreograph for their music videos and tours. She still choreographed for Nick. She also attended a performing arts school and received a bachelor’s degree of fine arts. She soon opened up her own dance studio and taught dance cl[arse]es while still choreographing and dancing for musicians. Danny graduated from USC with a degree in Drama and got picked up by an agent and managed to get his own TV sitcom. Both Danny and Iyleen accomplished their dreams of becoming a star and lived a great life together and lived happily ever after.

The End
