:too Fall In Love Again:

Lisa had gone through a rough divorce. Now being single again, and having to raise her two young children on her own, she didn’t know how she was going ever get back into the dating scene again. Her friend, Megan convinced her to go out with her again. Lisa agreed. But her two young children, Bryce age 5 and Zane age 3, weren’t liking the fact that Lisa was ignoring them. But Lisa wanted her children to have a father figure in their lives, since their dad, Mike, wasn’t. Lisa didn’t care what Bryce or Zane thought. She still went out. “Lisa, I’m glad that you came out with me!! You need a break from Bryce and Zane!” Megan said.

“I’m glad that I did come out with you as well! I’m actually having fun meeting new people!” Lisa said, and Megan smiled at her. A little while later Megan looked over at Lisa, and was in shock. Lisa was talking to Drew Lachey of 98 Degrees! Megan was very shocked to see her flirting again.

“Lisa Mathews! I’m shocked!” Megan said, as the two of them laughed.

“Why are you shocked that this gorgeous girl is talking to me?” Drew asked.

“She’s not that way! She’s more about her kids than anything!” Megan said. Lisa looked at her.

“You…you have kids?” Drew asked.

“Yes I do. Bryce is 5 and Zane is 3. They’re from my previous marriage.” Lisa said.

“I love kids. Bet their great kids!” Drew said.

“Wish their father thought that.” Lisa said, looking at Megan.

“Why doesn’t their father want to think that?” Drew asked.

“He thinks I was the one cheating on him, when it was him cheating on me.” Lisa said.

“Wow. I’m so sorry to hear that! But hopefully you’re their for your to children.” Drew said. Megan was then flirting with Jeff Timmons.

“I sure am. To be honest, I haven’t been out on a date in a year and a half.” Lisa said, smiling.

“You are sure about your children, aren’t you?” Drew asked.

“Sure am!” Lisa said.

“Well I’m all for children. In fact, I have a daughter from a previous marriage as well. Isabella is 3 now. Awfully cute and always smiling.” Drew said.

“I love kids. They’re so great. I’ve always wanted this big family. At least 4 kids. Well, I’m half way there now.” Lisa said as they both smiled.

“Your funny, Lisa. You really are. Wanna get out of here and go get something to eat? I’ll take you home if you’d like.” Drew asked her.

“Uhm… Sure. Let me tell Megan first.” Lisa said, as she walked over to Megan and told her.

“Your ditching me for him? Whatever girl! Go have fun!” Megan said, as they left the club.

When Drew got to his SUV, he opened the door for Lisa. “Why thank you Drew, your nicer than my Ex-husband ever was!” Lisa said, smiling at Drew.

“You are so welcome. I’ve always have been that way. When my wife died, it tore me apart. But when I saw you tonight, I thought you looked and reminded me a lot of Lea.” Drew said.

“Really? You loved Lea, didn’t you?” Lisa asked.

“Sure did. And my daughter Isabella is a total look a like of her. I miss Lea every day. Now what about your ex-husband. Why did you two end up divorced?” Drew asked.

“Mike had an affair with his mistress from work. She ended up pregnant, and called me and told me that she loved him more, and that he told her every day that he said he loved her more than me. When I confronted him about it, he said that he didn’t know anything about that. So I called up everyone that he knew the day that he left his cell phone at home. His parents could not believe what he had done to me, Bryce or Zane. They actually took my side. I still talk to his family all the time. Mike, that’s a whole other story. You know, he denies my two sons.” Lisa said.

“That’s a shame. Why would anyone in their right mind deny their children? I could never ever deny Isabella! She’s my world, my princess. I love her will all of my heart!” Drew said.

“Your asking me! I love my sons! They mean the world to me as well! I have to work two jobs just so I can live. Bryce and Zane are the world’s best kids, and I would never let anyone take them away from me.” Lisa said, smiling at the fact that Drew was also a single father.

“So you know exactly what I’m going through as well.” Drew said, smiling at Lisa.

“Yeah, except that you got a gagillion dollars!” Lisa said, as they both laughed.

“True that! I’d like to meet your kids someday, if that’s okay.” Drew said.

“Of course! I’m sure they’d like to meet you. I do have to tell you, Bryce is more laid back, and Zane. He’s a different story. He’s crazy, but he’s 3. You’ve got to expect that.” Lisa said.

“Isabella can be shy. But if you get to know her, she opens up to you fast.” Drew said.

“Bryce loves to read. He’s always reading something. Zane is smart, for being 3. They look exactly alike, which is weird in some way.” Lisa said.

“Oh I bet they look just like you. Cute.” Drew said.

“Awe, thanks! In fact, I have a picture of them right here.” Lisa said, as she pulled out a picture of her kids.

“They do look like you.” Drew said.

“You really think so?” Lisa asked.

“Sure they do. They’re adorable kids. Why would your ex deny them?” Drew asked.

“I have no clue. His parents have no clue. My mom asked what I was going to do after the divorce became final. I said I guess I will raise them on my own. Little did I know, I’d never see child support from Mike. What a jerk he is. But my parents help with my kids. They watch them for me when I’m working. They’ve always told me that they’d watch them for free, but I always make sure that they get something because they are really helping me out. My dad even stated once that he likes helping out because he can see his grandson’s grow up on a day to day basis, unlike my nieces and nephews who live so far away.” Lisa said.

“My parents love watching Isabella as well. Here’s my sweetheart.” Drew said, as he showed Lisa a picture.

“You two look like you had a blast that day.” Lisa said.

“We always have a blast. Well I should probably get you back home. I need to see my daughter.” Drew said.

“I miss my kids. Can I see you again someday soon?” Lisa asked.

“I was going to ask that soon. Sure you can. Here’s my number, 555-8457. Call me tomorrow and lets set a date.” Drew said.

“Fine with me.” Lisa said.

Once Drew and Lisa got back to Lisa’s place, she turned to him and said, “I had a really nice time getting to know you.”

“Oh you too! I’d love to keep seeing you more and more. I’d love for our children to meet someday.” Drew said.

“And I’d love for Bryce and Zane to meet Isabella as well.” Lisa said.

“Good night Lisa.” Drew said, as he leaned in and kissed Lisa goodnight before she got out of the car.

“Good night Drew.” Lisa said, smiling once she got out of the car.

Once she got into the house, she immediately e-mailed Megan.

Oh my god was he so nice! I’m surprised at myself! I cannot believe what happened! I think I’m totally over Mike now! Drew and I talked and talked and talked and talked! He’s got a daughter Bryce’s age! Awe! She’s so adorable! Her name is Isabella! Drew and I are going out on a date soon! I hope its very soon! He’s the sweetest guy in the entire world! Then he took me home. Before I got out of the car, he leaned over and KISSED me!!! It felt great! Sorry I ditched you! Hope you had a nice chat with Jeff! I want to know more about that! Talk to you soon!
