[1] She's Jessica's best friend and married or not Nick wouldn't do that to Jess.
[2] He always said they were close friends like brother and sister.

She has lived with them ( nick and Jess), and she has gotten to know Nick's family so I think they could end up staying very close and maybe go out once in a while to a club. This could make Jessica very mad or maybe CaCee has asked permission to hang out with him.

Not to sound rude, but I think most people have seen these already, and I've got to say that I'm disappointed that once again, it looks like people want to talk about what woman he's banging.
People are so quick to jump on the bandwagon of, "Nick and Cacee......but did you ever think, "Why is Cacee there with Nick, and not with Jessica in Australia, and why is Ken Paves(Simpson's hair stylist) "friend" Freddie doing there with Nick as well?

I hear you. I totally think all the magazines are BS and are just in it for the money. When somebody takes a picture of a celebrity their goal is to create a buzz about that person that most of the time is wrong or have their facts twisted.
