Condo ad question????

Ok, I'm looking at one of those realty ads that are I guess selling condos and it says starting from $199,000 to $269,000. You don't have to pay that a month right? There's one thats like $559,900.

i believe that would be the price of the condo hon. condos are like houses only they come in like apartment form. so that would be the entire price of the condo.

and Izzy - There are places where you rent the condo instead of purchasing it - but with those prices, it's definitely a purchase price.
