Reality TV couple Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey have finally committed to a life together -- they have both sold their former homes. The pair used to live above each other in an apartment block in Los Angeles, but have decided they no longer have a use for the retreats. Simpson listed her apartment at $925,000 just before she wed Lachey in October 2002 but later removed it from the market when it failed to sell. She re-listed it in January and the pad has just sold for $910,000. The same happened with Lachey's bachelor pad, but he got lucky -- his apartment wasn't even on the market when it sold for $959,000 in February.
