click on downloads from the top menu bar

Then click on ADD FILE which is on the side

then you get a form that pops up in the browser - fill it out

(Name for your file such as 'drew wallpaper' or anything like that)

you don't need to fill the middle section (which is like your normal post screen)

Then choose the catagory - which would be WALLPAPER in this case

then for SCREENSHOT AND FILE - you want to click the BROWSE button and then search for the file on your computer - then do 'SUBMIT'

Nanners will then have to approve the file to make it available for downloads.
