Hello everyone!
I have a question concerning Jeff's webstore. Now that he has two official sites, which one must a fan use to order some of his stuff?
I tried first with his new one (www.jefftimmonsmusic.com), where you have to send an email to Z International Entertainment with a list of the items you want. Then, you are supposed to receive a confirmation email that you print and send with your money. But the thing is that I never received that confirmation email.
I also tried his old site (www.jefftimmons.com) where you could use a credit card. I did have problems ordering last year. My credit card was denied or something like that. They fixed the problem and I could order the latest version of Whisper That Way. But now, I have the same problem (credit card is denied). I sent an email to the customer service, but it seems like an automatic reply email. I don't want to call for nothing... especially since I come from Canada.
So, what would you do if you were me?
