A good book to read?

I have jury duty Monday and Tuesday next week, and I need a good book to read. I have to sit at the courthouse from 9 am to 5 pm, and I am going to be taking my mom's Kindle with me. What's a good book to download?

depends what you like to read. I am reading a book called One Day. it's a romance /comedy book. It's based on the movie with Anne Hathaway. I also just read Shania Twain's biography. Never read a biography before but hers was beautifully written. She has lead quite the life! If you like deep books, I hear "The Fear is supposed to be good.

I just have to go sit down at the courthouse and probably NOT get selected. :/ Waste of 2 good off days. Lol

why do you have to be there for 2 full days? That many juror trials to pick juries for? in LaX we usually only had to go for 1/2 day (monday) where the judge picked the juries for his trials the following 2 weeks. Then if selected - we'd report on the days of the trials.

Thanks AddictedtoNick. I downloaded the Trilogy last night, and I can't stop reading it now! Lol

Rae- Milwaukee's a much bigger city than LaX. Lol. Most times you just go down there and just sit. They also have what they call a reserve juror. You call in every day to see if you have to go. I have to since I'm not a reserve. :/
