If you go to the regular People's Choice site - http://www.pcavote.com/

it says that 2nd round voting begins later today - and the 1st round just closed - so it's probably just not ready for voting at the moment.

I'd try going through the main site later today - or tomorrow.

They have the link up again for voting - but the catagory that has Newlyweds is finalized. :( Oh well.
