"new" Songs?

I was searching around the ASCAP website - and pulled a list of songs written by Nick that are registered with them - and there were quite a few 'new' songs - that I don't remember ever seeing other times when I've searched songs by him.

I know - wonder what you'd have to do to get the lyrics - because someone has them somewhere - so artists could buy the rights to sing/perform the song...
